After 23 years of experience, in 2014 Chef Jemiko opened Senza Gluten Restaurant, the first 100% full-dining Gluten Free Italian Restaurant in NYC, located at 206 Sullivan Street. It instantly became a “to-go place” not only for the tourists but mainly for the locals.
