Essence is a casual restaurant that serves French cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Chef Shiro Naito opened the restaurant in 2010 to provide dishes that celebrate the essence of each season. Essence is conveniently located next to Inokashira Park and Ghibli Museum. Its spacious dining area provides tables for guests and a private room for special occasions.
The menu at Essence offers themed seasonal courses. The restaurant uses organic, pesticide-free vegetables from Yoko Farms, has its fish and shellfish delivered directly from Hakodate and uses chemical-free fertilizer from Tokorozawa to grow some of its own ingredients.

Casita Aoyama is a restaurant serving the classic dishes on Northern Italy. There are a few different dining areas available to guests, each with its own unique style. Casita Aoyama's main dining area is a room which stretches out from inside the building to a large outdoor terrace. Fonda San Jordi is a casual restaurant that specializes in authentic Spanish cuisine. The owner of the restaurant is Chef Joldey from Spain. He has been living in Japan since 2005 and opened Fonda San Jordi in 2014. The restaurant uses local produce with main seasonings and other important ingredients imported directly from Spain.
