Eine Halle aus der Jahrhundertwende, die 70 Jahre für die Destillierung von Essenzen zur Herstellung von Likören diente und danach eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Nutzung erlebt hatte, ist nun der Ort, in dem das Restaurant eins44 seinen Platz gefunden hat."Fine Dining" ohne prätentiös zu sein, so sehen wir unsere Art zu kochen. Unsere Speisekarte lässt sich saisonal inspirieren und wechselt daher monatlich. Dabei greifen wir auf regionale und überregionale Produkte zurück.Unsere Weinkarte umfasst im Moment Weine Deutschland, Frankreich und Österreich.
