Kin Dee steht für Contemporary Thai Cuisine – serviert werden saisonal wechselnde Gerichte zum Teilen für 65€ pro Person.Auf Basis traditioneller Rezepte treffen saisonale und regionaleProdukte auf originale Thai Aromen. Zitronengras, Kaffir-Limette, Wildingwer, Galanga, Curcuma, Koriander oder rotes Chili sind grundlegende Zutaten, die Dalad Kambhu aus Thailand importiert. Die Küchenchefin stellt daraus Pasten nach traditionellen Rezepten her: „Pasten sind für uns Thais wie Käse für die Franzosen. Es gibt unzählige Arten – Wir machen sie alle selber.“ Das Fleisch im Kin Dee stammt von Biofarmen und der Fisch und dieMeeresfrüchte sind nachhaltig gefangen. Nach Möglichkeit ersetzen Kambhu und ihr internationales Küchenteam thailändische Produkte mit solchen aus der Region.Dalad Kambhu und das Kin Dee Berlin wurden 2019 mit einem Michelin Stern ausgezeichnet.
