Kin Dee showcases contemporary Thai cuisine, serving a three-course menu of seasonal plates to share.Using traditional Thai recipes, seasonal and regional produce, Kin Dee creates its authentic Thai flavors from scratch each day. Essential ingredients such as lemongrass, Kaffir limes, wild ginger, galangal, tumeric, coriander seeds and red chilies are imported by chef Dalad Kambhu from carefully-selected suppliers in Thailand.
