    ESB is my go to for a few reasons. Making reservations is easy and you get seated right away. The staff is very friendly…always. There is not one thing I have tried that I didn’t enjoy. Best martinis around.

    Overall, was a very nice night. Was a bit too noisy initially as the function room was emptying out and another group waiting around the bar to go in for another function. was difficult to have a conversation. The menu is good. But it hasn't changed much over the last year, other than fixed price specials. would like to see more seasonal changes for variety. The wings were outstanding, as was the salmon dish. These I rate as excellent and above average. The beat salad was not as good as I have had in the past. The cheese and beats were perfect over the leaves. But the texture contrast (usually nuts) was not very good. leaves seemed packed down, and amount of contrast in texture was minimal. I suggest to add pecans and more almonds. That was the only disappointment. The chicken and carrots, as well.as the burger were what you would expect. So I classify as average. Quality of the meat and vegetables was good. Just did not rise to a level above average. I mentioned the beat salad issue to one of the managers that night. He said he would pass it on to the chefs. Not sure if it was taken well or not, but I genuinely was trying to be constructive, not critical, as I do review restaurants. I am a bit tough in my reviews because there are too many reviews that give 5 stars and there is nothing to distinguish average places or items from places or items that truly stand out. I take the time to qualify my responses so others can evaluate based on detail not just "I liked it".

    Overall great experience, the food was amazing and fresh . Everyone should go to Exchange Street Bistro ! I will be back many more times .

    Our dinner was delicious I had the broccoli Robbie over the Fusi was delicious. My friend had the big chop. He enjoyed that our wives enjoyed their meals too. The food is always good at exchange Street bistro and the service is always terrific as well.

    Waitress was excellent! She was very attentive and helpful, always checking back to see if we needed any assistance. Loved the restaurant and food! Highly recommended, especially our server! A +++++

    We were in the area for the first time and just happened to find the restaurant on line. We were pleasantly surprised. Although extremely noisy, we each enjoyed our meals and the waitress was very helpful in guiding our selections, when we asked her. Also notable, the wine pours were very generous, which my friend and I really appreciated. There was a nice vibe to the place and it seems to be quite popular.
