As always, sublime. I usually go back and forth between my usual favorites: the branzino or the lamb chops. This time I broke from my usual pattern and had the lamb shank, and it was delicious. Reminiscent of pulled pork, but with really interesting flavors.

Evvia has been a favorite for many years, and yesterday they didn't disappoint. We had feta cheese with marinated olives, the meatball starter and the awesome lamb chops. All helped by a nice cab, and the excellent services provided by Antonio (tks, Antonio!). Greek coffee to finish it off. Perfect.

Our food and the service was truly exemplary. The only issue was that it was painfully noisy. We had requested a quiet table because one of our party has severe hearing issues. We , initially, were seated in a quit place but then a noisy party of 6 were seated right next to us. Too bad they weren't put at different table( all the other tables were empty).

It was a very pleasant dinning experience. I recommend trying: great food, service, and ambience. There were a lot of regulars which I thought was great for an upscale environment, I was amazed that some people can afford to dine here regularly. I would say this is more of a treat for a couple or a small group that wants to have a great meal and experience. In other words it is a bit pricey but not unreasonable. I will go again.

As regular customers we were very disappointed in the service and food yesterday. We usually enjoy Evvia, but his time the waiter forgot to place our orders so we had to wait a long time for our food to be served. The chicken souvlaki was very dry and tough, the potatoes appeared old and were dry and inedible. The waiter said he would serve the sea bass de-boned, but he forgot to do this. We will think twice before coming back.
