The crossroads of cultivation, connection, and creativity. We strive to connect our craft of creating unique, locally inspired, and seasonally curated food with emotionally invested service.
The relationships we have created with local farmers, cultivators, brewers, and distillers, share the core ideals of our emotional investment. We are proud of our centralized location with seven major highways or interstate routes within twenty minutes of our front door. As we conceived our identity, we became fond of connecting our guests to the highest quality food and beverage our area had to offer. We have diligently partnered with local farmers to raise our own plots of fruits and vegetables, cheese makers to provide farmstead cheese, distillers who utilize the bounty around us, and brewers that strive to create the highest quality crafted product as we do in our restaurant. We look forward to connecting you to our ideals.

What a great place to find this restaurant in Manteca you would’ve never thought it’s hidden in a casino with no windows and it was some of the most flavorful steak. We’ve had Ruth Chris better watch out. I wish we had one in our area.

Came for our anniversary. Very surprised how great everything was. Such a rare gem to find so close to home. Well worth the splurge for special occasions. Great options. I may order several small plates next time to get to try more options. Will definitely be back and recommend.

This is THE BEST KEPT SECRET in Manteca. The food was AMAZING, service - AMAZING, People- AMAZING. The food ingredients are fresh and the chef has an amazing taste pallet as his ingredients used meshed well together. The bacon wrapped scallops were cooked to perfection. The accompanying grits - AMAZING. I crab risotto was perfectly made. May I also mention the crème brûlée was beautifully made as you can differentiate that it was made from scratch with fresh ingredients. Please, if you do NOTHING else…put this place on your bucket list as once you get a taste of the great vibe, you will continue to come back for more. Please, let’s not keep this restaurant a secret anymore as it really is a VIBE that can’t be slept on. Please keep in mind, it’s pricey but WELL WORTH IT.

Ernie’s is a gem. This place always exceeds my expectations with delicious food and fantastic service. The drinks are exactly as described and taste great. The food is top notch for Central Valley.

Haven’t been here in like 5 years, the first time I remember it was a better experience, this time around food took way too long, way too long, and the food was only OK, especially for a 300 dollar tab for 2 ppl. The waiter was really nice though. Probably won’t be giving this place another try anytime soon again.

Arrived 7 minutes early to our reservation, which was at 6:15pm, and did not receive our main entrees until we decided to ask them to bag them up and leave at around an hour and forty minutes later. Server did not check in with us to see how we were doing, yet told us that she was waiting on us to serve our main entree. We had been done with our appetizer for a while, and were saving space for the main entrees. 25 minutes before leaving we asked for our main entrees which were promised to have been already prepared and ready, which inevitably they were not.

They did a wonderful job for my parents anniversary dinner! They made it so special and was very attentive. The food was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend for any celebration dinner or need of delicious food.

We had never heard of this place before, and I searched on Open Table for a “special occasion”, and this place was AMAZING. The food and drinks were spectacular, the service was fantastic, and it’s a beautiful restaurant. There were many unique menu offerings. I have a food allergy and they were beyond amazing about it. This place is an absolute hidden gem for a special occasion.

Our waitress was great as usual, The bad review is about the food. Me and my wife both got medium, rare ribeyes, out of the 14 ounces of mine about seven or 8 ounces was just pure fat. Looked like it was cooked a minute on each side bloody as ever. They are definitely way up there on the price compared to a lot of other steakhouses and as the chef to be serving something like that is definitely not acceptable. The ambience and everything is very nice. Definitely would not recommend for the price. Probably would never go back again.

I have dined at Ernie’s numerous times and the customer service, drinks and meals were Excellent! However, apparently the staff was “short handed” last evening and it took literally 25 minutes to receive our initial cocktail order. Once the evening progressed it seemed to be a bit more “timely” with our meals as the Sous Chef was now involved in serving tables. Hopefully, the Management Team will address this in a timely manner since it is a nice dining destination for many. Also, be prepared for the price point …

This was our first time at Ernie's. The service was first rate from the hostess, to the support staff, to the server. The food was delicious and hot when it arrived. There was also just the right amount of time between courses so we never felt hurried or rushed. We would definitely recommend Ernie's and are absolutely going back again.

We came heard about Ernie’s and thought we would try it out for my Birthday day. We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. All the staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. My brother and wife got the ribeye, my daughter got the Beef Wellington and I got the dry aged steak. They were all cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. The sides we chose were the crab fried rice, Brussels sprouts and truffle mac and cheese. They were so could and would totally order all of them again. We loved our experience and will definitely come again.

I ordered the Beef Wellington with Glazed carrots and Mashed potatos. Absolutely delish! Their Olive tapenade is also very good. Ernie’s is the best restaurant in Manteca.

We've been going to Ernies for a few years now ever since realizing we have one in town, and everytime the food is DEVINE. I have to words for how good the food is. We go here for special events, it's definitely worth it.

The service was very professional, the food was amazing and the setting was very nice. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Manteca. Very impressive. Highly recommend

Seriously our favorite place to go for dinner. The rib eye is amazing and I’ve not tried anything I didn’t like.
