I would recommend this restaurant as a possibility because it is at least good as opposed to other restaurants that were disappointing. The sea bass was excellent. Service was very good, ambience was nice.

Absolutely over the top, staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Food was delicious and staff was very knowledgeable about the menu.

Everything was tasty, only issue was that the food was perhaps excessive with salt and oil/butter. Oysters were sublime and high praise for the jalapeño water. Also really enjoyed the house salad. Whole sea bass was also excellent. Sides were average. Excellent service, great attention to detail. Great wine list as well.

The General Manager Brian K Went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect from start to finish. The servers gave a great deal of attention throughout the entire meal. The kitchen staff/chef were very accommodating to our special requests. The entire environment was pleasant friendly and had the benefit of live music being performed nearby. Would highly recommended the jambalaya and corn bread.

Best scallops I’ve ever eaten. My wife had blackened fish which she loved. Banana cream pie was also delicious. Service was impeccable. Very highly recommend.

This is Emeril’s flagship restaurant in Vegas. It is next to other notable ones at MGM but still commands quite a clientele. Once in you are isolated from the craziness of the casino floor and can manage an intimate meal. The service is outstanding and the menu interesting. I like their appetizers more than the main course. They have excellent raw oysters and, if you like, a wonderful raw shellfish plate. Do not miss the cornbread, It’s divine, I paired it with spicy mussels in a savory chorizo sauce(wow). The deviled eggs were well done and paired with fried pickles. My partner had the shellfish Oscar, an awesome mixture of of abundant crab and asparagus. The redfish would shine on its own, but somehow does better with their pairings. Forget about any other desserts, go for the warm butter cake with home made vanilla bean ice cream even if just to try a spoon full. It’s worth the calories. Bran Kurata ( previously from Delmonico) makes sure that everything runs smoothly and the young Hawaiian chef is full of surprises. In summary, Emeril’s is a worthy restaurant to keep in your frequent flyer list.

I purchased a gift card in amount of $250.00. Emeril’s Fish House sent me 2 e-mails confirming purchase and stating actual copy of redeemable gift card would also been sent. This actual gift card was never received to my e-mail. Staff at restaurant would not accept either of e-Mail confirmations with order number. I was highly embarrassed in front of friends. Now out cost of gift card and cost of meal. They would not issue refund. Very, very disappointed.

Service was outstanding, couldn't have asked for more. The menu was somewhat limited, it would have been nice to have a couple more entree options. The food was great, and portions were perfect. Seating and table were good. We will be back

The server Andrew and his crew were amazing! So friendly and attentive, Andrew really educated us on the different oysters and fish and meats available. Told us the order we would get our food in because the cornbread is made fresh (highly recommended!) first time ever trying an oyster, and I tried a raw miyogi oyster and it was so good. For dinner I had the super lean filet of beef, my partner got the seabass which both equally melted in our mouths 🤤 the seabass was cooked impeccably, the miso glaze was the perfect touch. The sides are family style , we always eat asparagus so I almost opted out for them but I’m glad we still got them because it was the best asparagus I’ve ever had. Wine was delicious too. The honey butter for the cornbread was to die for. The s’mores dessert pie was also to die for if you love toasted marshmallows 🫠 all in all such a great dinner and a great time. We will be back!

The food was excellent. The bread was divine - hot yeast rolls with soft butter - we ate way more than we should have. Great experience and I highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the Chilean Sea Bass entree I ordered. Paired with the crispy Brussel sprouts it made a lovely meal. Floor captain and server were fantastic and fun to interact with. My friend and I also split an order of oysters that were fresh, clean, and delicious. Presentation on all items was impressive. The fish filet was perfectly cooked, and I'm very picky about fish. Nice crust on the outside and soft, moist, and creamy inside. It was perfect. I wish we had fish like this in Colorado. Sadly, we don't.

We hit this restaurant when we come to Las Vegas each year. It has never disappointed us. Again, last evening, the food was tremendous. The Chilean sea bass was one of the best dishes I've ever had. The service was, as usual, impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Emeril's Fish House remains on my own top 5 list.

From the unique cocktails to the delicious Halibut topped with crawfish on a bed of grits everything was delicious. The service and atmosphere were fantastic!

Emeril’s is our go to on the Strip. The service is perfect. They’ve done a great job selecting personable, attentive & professional people. It’s not inexpensive food but we find to be very worth the price. I always order the Chilean sea bass & a maple smoked margarita😎👍🏼

My wife and I went for my 65th birthday. We had the seafood, gumbo, and barbecue shrimp as appetizers. We also had the special which was Texas redfish along with crawfish etouffe and grits. Also, the miso glazed, Seabass was delicious. Dessert was delicious. Also, we had the banana cream cake, which was big enough for both of us. I would definitely go back there again.
