I came here for a business meal. It was great - I had an Alaskan butterfish special while my friend/client had the surf and turf. We had the hamachi crudo to start. I told the waiter that I have a dairy allergy and the chef obliged by not using butter, which was very appreciated. All excellent, will be back!

We always have the best experience. The ever attentive service, food, and wine suggestions are top notch. When the managment stops by your table to introduce themselves just to say welcome and thank you, you know you are in the right place. Enjoy!

I love Eddie V’s. The service staff and hosts are always amazing. We were sitting at the bar and there was a band playing in the corner- and we ended up shouting over the table at one another it was sooooo loud. Food was great as always. The other Eddie V locations ( La Jolla for example) not so loud. We there at 6:30 on a Friday night. The band was good too lol.

We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff went out of their way to make it special. From the choice of table to the drinks and appetizers. The main dishes were cooked very well and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend

It was a good experience, with the exception that I forgot my birthday gift envelope at the dinner table and the servers failed to return it. I called the restaurant the next day and asked for the GM (Mark) to contact and he failed to do so with an answer about my stolen envelope with cash. I asked them to review their cameras and Tarzana said that the restaurant does not have any cameras. I would expect better service after spending over $800 for our party.

First time here for dinner. We were greeted cordially by the hostess and waited shortly for a table. We were seated at a booth. The decor reminded me of a classic steakhouse although this place emphasizes seafood. Our server was great taking our drink and dinner orders. We both enjoyed our food. The star of the meal was the crab fried rice. The lobster is also excellent. We look forward to coming back here. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing! Loved the live band, and ambiance. Cocktails were solid, especially my whiskey sour. The only thing lack luster was our service. Could have probably ordered another round of cocktails but couldn’t spot our server. Thankful for the other employees that checked on us.

I have dined at Eddie Vs in Tampa so this was my first experience at the San Diego location. It was very pleasant. I had an issue with the temp of my steak and the manager took care of it quickly. The servers and managers were very personable. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Our server Martin was excellent. He was very personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding service. He sets the bar for best in class service.

Every time I come it’s consistently great! We love coming here for happy hour. Our server Martin was attentive and cheerful. Keep up the great food and service.

We always have a great time! The food and service are amazing. If you sit in the bar though, avoid the booth closest to the bar exit. The door gets stuck and stays open, it gets drafty in that particular booth if it’s chilly out.

Steak was way too done. Asked for medium and it was well, but was too hungry to send it back. Asked for horseradish three times and still never received.

We came here for 49th anniversary dinner. They really made us feel special. They made a heart out of rose petals on our table and we were seated right after we walked in for our reservation. I had the sea bass and it was excellent. I loved the way that it was prepared. I have never had fish prepared Hong Kong style but it was delicious. My husband had the filet medium rare and it was delicious also. seasoned well and just the perfect redness and was juicy. We had a Caesar’s salad to start our meal, it had a different dressing than I would call Caesar’s, it was more of a vinaigrette/ceasars combo but it was very tasty. For our sides we had broccolini and au gratin potatoes. We thought the broccolini could have been more done but that’s just us. The au gratin potatoes were super cheesy. Then Eddie V’s gave us two glasses of sparkling wine and an exceptional dessert plate with Happy Anniversary on it in chocolate. What a great night, thanks for making us feel special.

Third time and it was incredible from the wedge salad the delicious crab fried rice ( don’t miss it !) The New York bone in steak was 5 star. Our waiter Martin from Bulgaria was charming helpful and enjoyed his profession Love Eddie V

First time here. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing!! Seared Ahi Tuna, Norwegian Salmon, truffled cheddar macaroni and cheese, Ceasar salad. Everything was great!! Will definitely eat here again!!

The food and service were amazing. Robert was so helpful in selecting what to eat. The food came out perfectly cooked. We had two kids with us and their meals were fantastic as well. Highly recommend!
