Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. La réponse à sa question, c'est l'Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse qui vient d'ouvrir ses portes dans le charmant village de Tivoli, tout près de Summerlin Parkway, à 15 minutes du légendaire strip de Las Vegas.

We have dined multiple times at this location. This was the first time we sat on the upstairs patio. The food is consistently good . Unfortunately, although our server was very pleasant, we had to wait longer than usual to order, get our check, and had to request one of our drinks which was forgotten, multiple times. It arrived halfway through our meal.

Went out to celebrate mother's day the day before. Service was excellent, but the food, not so much. Ordered the zabuton medium rare, inside was medium rare at the very center, but half the thickness of the steak was black, super charred, and extremely tough, both sides, as if the grill was flared up the whole time. Couldn't even cut the meat really, the knives were dull on top of the steak being so tough. The knives wouldn't cut the lamb we ordered either. The lamb was pretty lackluster as well. Cocktails were good, and our salad and watermelon appetizer were okay. Would never go back based on this experience at that cost, at least the service salvaged some of the evening.

The food was outstanding!! And the prices are reasonable. Them has a good variety and the atmosphere was bright and classy. The manage was very nice and welcoming. The server was just ok but the food and atmosphere outweighed that. Great for birthdays and any special occasions. Would definitely go back.

The food was good. The only problem was with the bone marrow appetizer. There was very very little bone marrow. there was beef on the plate but to call it that and not have much marrow was somewhat of a disappointment. The restaurant was extremely loud, however I guess that's to be expected. The service was great. You were out of both Blantons and Bulleit bourbon which was a bummer. Last but not least, I often take my father to Echo & Rig Steakhouse to have an upper class type of meal. The problem was this time it felt like a picnic in the park. People in t shirts and sandals with baseball caps on. It had lost some of its upper class flair by allowing that type of wardrobe to enter the dining area. I hope that is not the same next time around. Thank you.

Echo & Rig is a phenomenal restaurant. We’ve been there a few times and each time was a great experience. The food is fantastic, the service is top notch and the ambiance is pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend Echo & Rig!

As always, E&R never disappoints. Its also helpful when you have the best server in Las Vegas. Big hint here - ask for NAN! The staff at E&R is so attentive. There is always a manger on the floor and they are always asking about the customer experience. The food is amazing. I've eaten brunch, lunch and dinner at E&R numerous times and I have dined at all 3 locations. Hats off to Chef Sam who makes sure every location lives up to his standards! Favoites include Portabello Fries, 1/2" thick cut housemade bacon app., skirt steak; or for that matter any steak and the trio of sorbet and too manyothers to mention. Keep up the good work! We'll be back

We have dined here probably 50 times over the years and last night was just overall somewhat disappointing. it was not one thing it was a lot of little things my husbands filet was very grisly,my crab cake was cold in the center, and no one came to ask how we were doing. We had dessert but they had taken our napkins and not replaced them . Not the same as it has been, maybe just a bad night for them.

I love brunch at Echo and Rig. Great price for a great meal. We had the salmon Benedict and ribeye steak sandwich. It was definitely superb. Ria was a great server as well. Definitely taking my nurses here for Nurses Week.

Mixed reviews on our visit. Bibb salad was great, filet mignon was very undercooked, mashed potatoes were awful, turtle sundae was great. Service was just ok. Not sure if we'd go back for awhile.

Wonderful service, food was exceptional we started with the Buratta and Portableo Fries- these were delicious do not skip! For our main entree we chose the rib eye cap, filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes with cheddar and Mac and cheese!!!

Great business dinner at the Summerlin location. Drink were very tasty, but a bit on the small side (The Rig and the New Fashion). Appetizers were amazing (Oysters and Lamb Cigars). As were the small sides (Demi-glaze Potatoes and Roasted Carrots). Ribeye as ok, but a bit flavorless and tough. Service was impeccable. Ambiance was great as well. Will definitely return!

This is a great staple in our neighborhood. My father-in-law loves this restaurant when he comes in from Philadelphia. We have not had a disappointing meal here, and the management team also greets the tables to ensure we have a great experience.
