Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. La réponse à sa question, c'est l'Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse qui vient d'ouvrir ses portes dans le charmant village de Tivoli, tout près de Summerlin Parkway, à 15 minutes du légendaire strip de Las Vegas.

If you want "Ruth Cris" type luxury, with NON-Ruth Chris pricing, but equal or, in our opinion, BETTER quality, look no further than Echo & Rig!! Four of us met there...never having been. Entrees...I normally don't like mushrooms, but I almost ate an entire order of Portobello Fries! To die for!! Burnt Ends, Mac & Cheese, Lamb Cigars...OMG...just amazing! Entrees...we had tuna, and filets. All were flawlessly executed, the flavors exploded in every bite; it was nirvana on a plate!! LOOK NO FURTHER! Echo & Rig...from the initial greeting by the amazing young ladies at the podium, to the ultra attentive wait staff, the flawless meal execution...JUST DO IT!!!

It’s the best steak I’ve had in years since my last visit in 2021. Impeccable service, and my whole family enjoyed the experience.

All of our steaks were overdone. Inside space was pretty hollow/noisy so we chose to eat outdoors at a table on the end. M servic e was great at the beginning -but our waiter never checked in after that.

I'd been here once and should've returned sooner. I was thinking it was pricier than it actually is. Won't wait so long before next time. The service was outstanding, by Ari and the rest of the staff. Ari was quite attentive, helpful, and accommodating. They were out of my planned red wine, but have a nice selection, so I found another solid choice. The only change I would've made is to go with a medium filet. I asked for "medium-well - pink is fine, but no red." It was a little overdone for me, with no pink at all. Overall, everything was very nice. Both the hostess and the server congratulated us on our anniversary and they even provided a wonderful little sundae, to top it off. Very happy to have this gem in the neighborhood.

Went back to Echo & Rig for the first time in 7 years. The experience was more than worth the trip back. The food was excellently prepared and presented and our server, Nan, was outstanding. She knew when to come to the table as well as when not to. If you're looking for a Steakhouse in Las Vegas ( that you don't need to take a small loan out to visit), I highly recommend Echo & Rig.

Everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and the waiter was excellent. We were sitting on the patio. I would not go to Echo & Rig if I could not sit on the patio because the noise level inside is so bad you can't even hear the person right next to you talking.
