Comment proposer un classique incontournable dans un steakhouse américain et à la fois rompre avec les traditions pour créer quelque chose de totalement nouveau et passionnant ? C'est la question que le chef et restaurateur réputé Sam Marvin (créateur du très célèbre restaurant Bottega Louie de Los Angeles) s'est posée lorsqu'il a décidé qu'il était temps de réinventer ce qui a longtemps été le signe distinctif des steakhouses : une ambiance masculine, des pièces sombres, des serveurs chic, des grosses portions de bœuf et des tarifs exorbitants. Food and service were excellent. Cost was acceptable. The NOISE level kept us from hearing our servers and each other. We had to raise our voices to be heard at our own table. The noise would be the reason we would not return, the ECHO was just too much.

Amazing service. I could fill paragraphs about how excellent the servers and staff were. But most won’t read it. So simply put. This restaurants service of my party of 4 puts all other restaurants to shame in comparison. Top Notch. Attentive. Then the Food was equally Amazing. Side plates, main dishes, desserts. Fresh and Tasty. Perfect flavor and combination choices from the Chef. Thank you Echo and Rig for the best meal of our 4 day trip to Vegas!

Outstanding evening. Service by Ari and Caleb was exceptional. We shared multiple small plates and two steaks. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. The bacon starter, Spencer steak and the Hawaiian marinated flat iron steak were the stars. We appreciated the birthday desserts of turtle ice cream sundae and sorbets (the peach was amazing). We opted to sit inside due to the oppressive heat, and were surprised at how pleasant it was, especially in terms of volume which has always been a problem in the past.

My wife and I go to E&G often. It never disappoints!! Service is second to none, and the food is always a 10!! Our server has been Ari, sorry if I spelled that wrong, a few times now, and he is always great. Javier the manager is also super nice and friendly. Always a great energy there!! Grazie Mille!! Amazing food & service from start to finish! Highly recommend the filet mignon, bib salad, & Carmel Road pinot noir. Due to celebrating my birthday, l received a berry sundae with candle, the vanilla ice cream was to die for! We'll be returning for our next special occasion!

We have been coming here for years and usually come once a month to meet our friends. Jessica the hostess showed us to our table. She was really nice and helpful. Then Beth was our server and explained the new menu to us for brunch which was really great! I loved the Marketplace breakfast! It was so delicious! Our friend had the Chicken and waffles and that was a hit! The food and service are always great which is why we keep coming back! Thank you for bringing the new menu items as I’m coming back to have that Marketplace breakfast. Highly recommend!
