Food quality was so so. Charging 1$ for extra ponzu is really unclassy. Someone has a birthday party and the entire restaurant blasts with music.

Overall overpriced, the service was alright but the food was below satisfactory for its price. The seafood was not fresh and very expensive, and the quality of the tempura and sushi was mediocre. The Brussel sprouts were quite good though. Additionally we found a toothpick in the onion tempura mid chewing, which we almost missed. This was unsafe and demonstrates a lack of care when preparing the food. However, the location of the place is convenient and it was nice that the staff would come around frequently to top up water.

Food was extremely disappointing, everything was frozen not fresh and we were even told it may take time to defrost after ordering and we looked a little shocked and then waitress walked away. I didn’t take any photos but we had all our food on the table a few minutes after ordering and when we asked for the bill the waitress noticed we didn’t eat basically anything and asked if it was okay, we said we didn’t like it and she just said okay and gave us the bill. There was also nobody checking on the meal asking if everything is okay while we were eating and we had to pull someone over to ask for the bill as we just wanted to get out of there asap. Will never be back and I love sushi so I hate to be the bearer of bad news but go literally anywhere else for better quality and value.

Would not recommend if how their serving staff behaved that day is how they are trained. Arrive half way through happy hour and was only told after ordering that happy hour oysters were sold out. Clams were also sold out. Worse part was when the table next to us sat down and ordered the oysters, the serve did not tell them then they were sold out. Server went back to kitchen and then came out and told them after that oysters were out. This despite the server being the same one who had told us a few minutes ago that oysters were sold out. So the server did a whole dance and song to pretend to find out oysters were sold out and only told them after they had already committed and placed an order. Food was a little bit pricey and portion sizes were small. Value was not great. The happy hour baked scallops had a single nickle sized scallop each, so $4 per scallop. Rest of the experience was okay.

Great service. Awesome food. Excellent value. The U.S. to CDN exchange rate doesn’t hurt, but I ate well for about $50 USD! Would definitely return.

The service was amazing! The waitress didnt mess up our bill at all which usually happens with bigger groups. They were very patient and respectful. The food was delicious and they had fun drinks to share such as super mojito. The whole experience was better than what we hoped for. I would come back here everytime I have big group dinners.

Spicy sauce on sashimi salad rather overwhelming- avoid the sauce- same spicy sauce used on the speciality roll I ordered, which destroyed the flavour of the ingredients- other dishes were up to standard

The foods are all average or good but the wait staff was not friendly. When we asked for 2small boxes for one dish, she rolled her eyes. Also, some plates were not washed well, rice remained on the plates. They absolutely did not wash it but just rinsed.

Arrived for our reservation and taken to the table but it was not actually ready. Had to stand there and wait for it to be cleaned. Then we weren’t provided with enough utensils, napkins plates for our appetizers. Two dishes came really late and one dish didn’t arrive at all. They forgot one dish completely. Wait staff did their best given how busy they were but definitely won’t be back.

Good experience overall. Considerate for the restaurant to play a happy birthday song for my friend's little daughter as the cake was served!

Had dinner with my husband's family here. We loved the food so much! Could do a little better with the service, but it was quite busy when we were there so it was understandable that there were missed/late orders that came. Would definitely go back though.

Two of us ordered Tokyo boxes for lunch on December 21, 2023. The Tempura was very good. The sushi rolls were also good. The staff were very curious. The restaurant wasn't busy, probably because a lot of people were busy Christmas shopping. I think this restaurant is trying hard to attract back customers after the Pandemic. I would recommend trying this restaurant.

The service was attentive. The portions were eye popping generous. Everything was in our flavour. 😍 What a deal the dollar oysters. Unique mochi, Agadashi tofu. The gomaae was not available. Happy hour deals fab. Our group of 7 was pleased. Thanks.

Service was very good, we literally only waited for 2 seconds at the door before the lady came to greet me with a smile and take me to the seats. Waiters and waitresses are very friendly, food was good and was served well and fast. Overall was pretty good experience. Definitely will go back. The only thing I was say is that if you are looking for somewhere quite to dine, it might not be the best option. The music was a bit loud but totally suit the restaurant style. 👍🏻

First time having our dinner here and everything was great! We got there during the happy hour which was awesome! We ordered oysters and other sushi dishes. the oysters were amazing and good size. We will definitely be back here again.

It was our second time in two days eating here. The oysters, the sushi, the udon soups all amazing. The wagyu beef cooked on a hot stone very good fun experience. Definitely recommend coming here for the best Japanese food I've ever had
