Our server was training another employee. Both of them were excellent. Very courteous and attentive. My wife had salmon, which she liked. I had seafood Kristopher which I thought was average. Sauce seemed spicy and there wasn't much seafood in it. Appetizers were ok, but not great. We still tipped around 30% because of the excellent service and the fact that one of the servers was training. Not sure when or if we will be back. If we do go back I will probably try a different meal.

I hadn't been to the East Bay Grille in quite some time. It was as lovely as usual and my friends and I had a great time. We were seated promptly even though we were still waiting for one other person and I think we had the best waiter. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and the conversation which was possible....we could hear each other across the table! We didn't get to enjoy outside since it was raining a bit but we will be back to do that.

Food was excellent as was the service. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We choose to go the day after Mother’s Day to avoid the crowds and the ambiance was great.

My friend’s meal of fried clams came out in 5 minutes. I tasted one and it wasn’t hot enough for my liking, but she didn’t care. Kept waiting for my salmon salad. Finally saw the waiter and asked him where my food was. He said they dropped the plate and had to remake it. He could have told me that sooner. Still took quite a while for my salad to come-can’t imagine what took so long.

The swordfish not up to usual quality. The broccoli was over cooked You no longer carry what was an amazing desert—the chocolate lava cake. Not sure why the food distributor was changed

Food was good, and great portions. Our waitress was very nice. But the hostess was not very friendly; she made us wait until exactly 11 am to actually sit us down and the place was empty. I felt she was not welcoming and did not greet us nicely. Also the “bus person”was hovering over our table to take the dirty dishes the entire time we were eating. It felt like we were being rushed out.
