Le Dusty's Wine Bar est reconnu dans tout le pays pour sa cuisine américaine contemporaine avec un style du Nouveau Monde. Essayez le filet poêlé de saumon royal sauvage d'Alaska, accompagné de tapenade d'olive et d'huile de citron, et servi sur des «grits» crémeuses aux truffes. Ou profitez d'un généreux steak New York Strip de première qualité grillé, arrosé de beurre à l'ail rôti et déposé sur une purée de pommes de terre au fromage de chèvre frais. Choisissez parmi 30 vins au verre, ou essayez un plateau de dégustation de vins ou de scotchs. Le bar en granit du Dusty's ajoute une touche de classe au bistro décontracté. Les tables ont été faites à la main à partir de caisses de vins français. Des chaises ainsi que des banquettes sont disponibles. Le Dusty's Wine Bar propose de nombreux tapas et des plats du jour. Il s'engage à fournir à la région de Lansing les viandes les plus fines et les fruits de mer les plus frais.

Everything was great about the dinner! We were celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious, from the appetizer to the amazing chocolate cake! We had great service and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Food can be spotty @ Dusty's, but tonight the food was excellent. Service, ambiance, value always good. Menu tonight creative without being "way-out". Kentucky mules well balanced.

Great service. Wish the entrees were as delightful. The portion size for the duck was so small and was accompanied by a very small portion of vegetable. The other meals were similar. Felt as though we’d ordered tapas (small plates), not entrees. Food was tasty, but not for the price we paid. I’d love to try Dusty’s again, but not worth the risk with those prices. Hopefully, I catch a happy hour special or something for the next go around.

Went there for our anniversary. The noise level was so high we could barely chat. The waitress was nice but gave misinformation on the soft-shell crab appetizer . She said it came with 2 and only one was served. It was a bit pricey at $30.00 for 1. My husband enjoyed the duck breast. He wished they served a potato or rice with it. I ordered the Halibut. It was cooked perfectly but the sauce was very bland. Overall a 3 out 5 .

The food was excellent. Our server was excellent. The only issue is if you have any kind of food allergy or need to make any kind of substitution, they are not willing to do it at all. They will only subtract ingredients you cannot add any. This was problematic as we had a diabetic person with us and they didn’t even want to add cheese to a Caesar salad.😞

The food was pretty good except the onion soup. Was sort of flavorless the onions were undercooked and there was too much cheese in it. But everything else was excellent.
