    Average sushi. Service was Ok - odd they dont give you soy sauce to use. Need to wait for a waiter to fill ? Ambience was midrange for a higher end price point

    we had been curious about this restaurant for years and finally decided to give it a shot. we will definitely return. the food was delicious and it was well paced. we were not inundated with all our dishes at once. our server aidan was charming and attentive. thank you duozo!

    Decided to die alone before theater. Got a great cozy corner table or I could savor privacy in peace. Service was excellent. Food delicious. The lobster miso soup was a little disappointing only because it’s expensive – due to the lobster – but lobster is not a strong flavor so I couldn’t taste it. You pay extra without enjoying the taste! But that’s on me for choosing that soup, knowing that might be the case. Otherwise can say nothing but good things about Douzo!

    I miss the cucumber sake martini, but more importantly, it has a feeling of tiredness and cheapness that it didn’t 3 years ago. Servers need to not have dyed hair and have better manners/training. I don’t like saying this, but it may require increasing prices to drive off some of the people there with poor etiquette/decorum? Replace the drop ceiling tiles, leave more room around your bar area high top tables, and sit people with children in a separate area. Bring back the cool

    The food and service were excellent. Would definitely go back. My only negative was the music. It was a bit loud and unappealing, which was distracting and took away from the ambience and ability to relax and enjoy the delightful food.
