I got a text message five minutes before my reservation to check if I was still coming. When I got to the reservation desk, nobody was there and I had to wait several minutes before somebody showed up. Cocktails came halfway through the meal, all of our food, when it arrived, was lukewarm and lacking in flavor. (Server explained that they didn’t have enough help in the kitchen.) Guac was good, but the salsa had no spice. All in all, a huge disappointment. I know it’s a chain, but I expected better.

Sat down at 6:30 on a Saturday night, to a 1/2 full restaurant. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. As we got up and left we saw the "C" health rating on the door. We left curious as to why they got such a poor rating.

The food here is fantastic and I always have to remind myself not to order too many dishes! Great Guacamole! Salads are fantastic and it's hard to choose among the main courses because they're all so good! The staff is friendly and helpful and Cristal is outstanding! I'll be back soon!

the one thing that would be amazing for large parties is the ability to split checks by items on as many cards as we need, as ive started to see some restaurants implementing!! that would be amazing!!

It was extremely cold and we had to wear our winter jackets in the restaurant! Will not be returning to this restaurant.
