The DiGiorgio family emigrated from the cities of San Marino in north Italy and Cassino, outside of Rome. Being in business in South Florida since 1968 we have developed a great following and reputation. In 1990, the DiGiorgio family moved to Key Largo and saw the possibilities of mixing all the varieties of local seafood available with pasta and other dishes. Excellent service in this “locals” restaurant on Key Largo that was nearly empty. Food was delicious and plentiful. Only gave 4 stars because food was more gourmand than gourmet. Not fancy, just good. Garlic rolls were very garlicky. Manicotti tender and delicious. Gnocchi soft and tasty. No room for dessert!

Outstanding meal tonight! Everything was so delicious. The garlic rolls started off the meal perfectly- yummy! Our Caesar salad and soup starters were very good, but our entrees were the star of the show. We are so full! We will look forward to returning next time we are in Key Largo!

Restaurant was very busy last night and our waitress was a little overwhelmed. Beet salad was the highlight of the meal. The lobster Mac and cheese was separated and very runny. The veal chop was okay as was the pasta fagoile soup. Not many options for dinner in Key Largo so I don’t have much comparison but in my opinion I would keep driving to another town with better dining options.

As always all four of us were pleased with our dinners. I tried a pasta dish instead of my usual Osso Bucco. The pasta with seafood was excellent. For dessert, the Key Lime cheese cake was outstanding. The chocolate layer cake was very good but not unusual. I hope they keep the cheese cake on the menu. Our waitress was just right. She was friendly and efficient. The ambience was pleasant, not too noisy even though the place was fairly busy. I'm going back with another group this evening and looking forward to another delicious meal. Thanks for taking such good care of your customers.

We always make a special trip when we’re in the keys to stop here. Food has always been excellent, but not this trip. The veal shop which is usually lightly breaded was heavily breaded and deep-fried and burnt . when I was cutting it, I thought I was hitting into the bone, it was so over done.My husband’s pork chops were overdone also but not as much as mine again, not as good. I had the pistachio martini which was very good and the stuff mushrooms were a little dry also. I guess guy has to come back and review this place again lol. It is definitely not as good as it used to be.
