Husband and Wife team, Dennis Foy and Estella Quinones, are committed restaurateurs who counterbalance each other’s exacting artistic standards. Estella’s passion for design and Dennis’s interest in painting clearly reflects this sensibility.

The exciting twenty-eight seat restaurant d’floret is a modern elegantly-lit stage, featuring an open kitchen and adjoining dining room that exhibit the chef’s dual passions: Foy’s paintings and culinary mastery. The space is accented by a floor-to- ceiling Black Walnut Nakashima panel, lighting by Ayala Serfaty, the Israeli artist, with Arnie Jacobsen modern Classic chairs, finishing the sleek warm welcoming room.

Please note, due to high demand and limited seating, in addition to online holds we require diners call the restaurant to reconfirm your by 12pm day of, or it will not be honored.

We had a fabulous dinner once again . This restaurant should have a Michelin star or 2?or even 3 !!!! Chef was at his best and Estelle was just a great host to us . A shout out to Kaitlin , who found out I was a coconut connoisseur and had made a special desert for me to top off the evening . I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Great dinner. The wild mushroom lobster crepe appetizer was just fantastic. The slow roasted filet mignon main course was perfection. It was our first time dining here and we are already plotting our return.

Small menu but great range of choices! Great preparations! Maybe a touch more sauce would help. Remarkable that he can do it!!!

Our favorite area restaurant. Never disappoints. Great service and excellent food in a jewel box of a room. Yes, every restaurant menu seems to be getting more expensive but d'floret guarantees a worthwhile dining experience.

Excellent, even remembered it was a birthday dinner without me reminding them! Such wonderful people and just an amazing dinner/evening all together. Can’t wait to go back, top choice for both of us!!!!

Excellent, as always! The gnocchi and the tortellini appetizers were both delicious and the perch entree was superb. d'floret is consistently the best!

Delicious and special place. Lots of heart goes into every dish. Lovely to see them expand to larger space !
