Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Very classy establishment with prefect moody lighting. The meat was a little overcooked and with no garnishes or presentation, but still very tasty. The dessert was sublime as well.

    Finally a restaurant that cooks a Ribeye - rare! I've been to all the high priced steak houses around the states. I order RARE everytime and always get it Medium Rare (which is ok , not what I ordered) Prime cut steaks can be cooked RARE and taste so much better than Medium Rare!. Delmonico's did a great job! The sides were also top notch, as the whole meal with dessert.

    Chateaubriand, potato, veg were oustanding. Popovers dark and overdone. Server good but aloof and dry.

    My first time was amazing the food was prepared to perfection and the service was crisp and professional. It’s nice to have servers who know how to pace your meal. I had the gumbo followed by the steak salad and finished up with the donut sundae. Yum, Yummy and fantastic.

    The service was outstanding. The steaks were uninspiring. The tomato salad had tomatoes that were powdery. The arugula salad needed more of the parmesan and the candied nuts should have been whole, not little chopped pieces. Not bad but not worth the money. The best part of dinner was the barbecue shrimp and the banana cream pie was outstanding!

    I love Delmonico Steakhouse. I've been going here for well over 10 years now. My friends and I go every time we are in Vegas without fail. Whenever one of us can go and another cannot, we tease the person who could not attend with photos of the awesome food we enjoyed. I still recommend it, and I will still go back, but dang was my recent experience there absolutely disappointing. Our server seemed confused and distracted for the entire meal. He took our appetizer orders then didn't bother to take our main course orders until quite some time after the appetizers were completely finished and off the table. This made it so that our main courses came well over an hour after we had finished eating. My steak was not to my liking, but aside from a rushed "Everything looking fantastic?" from the server as he drops the food down, there were no followups. He disappeared to chat with other staff, and we had no real opportunity to discuss any issues with the food. Not that I'd want to wait another 30+ minutes at that point. I know everyone has an off night, but given this ended up being a $1,000+ dinner, I really wish there had been more care and attentiveness. Usually at Delonicos I feel treated extremely well, and that was really lacking this time. And the place wasn't even crowded so I have no idea what the issue was.
