Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Every thing was amazing from customer service, food presentation, food temperature and taste of food. I had the caviar deviled eggs, bone in ribeye, corn au gratin and broccoli. Definitely ranked up there with some of my best meals. Our waiter Brian is a General Manager in the making. He did an amazing job with everything. Thanks,

    We were celebrating our son’s 21st and everything from our first greeting at the hostess stand to our desserts were absolute perfection. Everything we order was cooked to the correct temperature and seasoned appropriately. Our captain Den and his team made us feel welcome and were attentive. Our party of 6 had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

    Outstanding service from the entire staff from the moment we approached the hostess stand until we left. The food was perfect. I highly recommend the buffalo steak! We will return whenever we are in Las Vegas.

    Waiter was awesome. Steak was not the level of quality I have been used to in the last 15 years of coming to Delmonicos. It was not bad but was certainly not the flavor I expected from Emeril. No touch of Emeril essence whatsoever in the steaks.

    Be aware of upcharges on prix fixe items… we were mischarged and could not resolve with staff,

    Very classy establishment with prefect moody lighting. The meat was a little overcooked and with no garnishes or presentation, but still very tasty. The dessert was sublime as well.

    Over charged us for sodas and sides. It was great food but no communication to me and my young daughter

    Finally a restaurant that cooks a Ribeye - rare! I've been to all the high priced steak houses around the states. I order RARE everytime and always get it Medium Rare (which is ok , not what I ordered) Prime cut steaks can be cooked RARE and taste so much better than Medium Rare!. Delmonico's did a great job! The sides were also top notch, as the whole meal with dessert.
