Le Culinary Dropout est un petit gastropub « enfant rebelle » qui brise toutes les règles avec son personnel sans uniforme et détendu et son ambiance chaleureuse. Il propose des entrées améliorées de type pub, des salades, des sandwichs et des plats principaux, ainsi qu'un menu Antipasti unique, composé de viandes délicieuses et rares, de fromages et de légumes. Vous serez accueilli dans un cadre au parquet rustique et vieilli, aux banquettes en cuir rembourrées et aux chaises en velours à motifs, éclairé par des lustres pourpre et vert. Au confortable Scottsdale Waterfront, vous profiterez aussi d'une terrasse et d'une petite scène où sont donnés des concerts quelques soirées par semaine. Le Culinary Dropout est également un lieu idéal pour prendre un verre à tout moment de la journée ou y finir la nuit, avec les deux tiers de son menu dédiés à la bière, au vin et à quelques cocktails très séduisants.

Portion on my salmon was seriously small. I know this because a guest had the same just next to me and his was twice the size. As I got mine first I didn’t say anything to the bar tender since I thought this was the portion. While it was delicious, it wasn’t fantastic. Would not order it again here. In fact, we have. Lot of choices in Scottsdale. Don’t need to support sheinkflation. As a chef I guarantee my portion was no bigger than 3 oz. For $28. No thanks. $100 for two for lunch. Nah.

100 degrees out at 6:30pm and they had doors wide open all windows open to the outside, really??? air felt non existent, music was great!!! Couldn’t really enjoy the food, way too hot inside and the sun sets on the restaurant… hint, hint… close the doors and windows…

Had a great time. Menu is great as was the service. The crisy Brussel Sprouts are a must get.

Fantastic! We usually go to the North Scottsdale Location but we were celebrating our anniversary here from our first date. Skirt steak with a side of spicy sauce was extremely good. Waitress was amazing and the manager was absolutely fantastic in providing for our ten year anniversary. Great night and great place!

First time in and it was okay. Very loud but a nice vibe. They were out of one of the dishes we ordered and we had been looking forward to trying. Crust on steak frites were charred too much so some pieces tasted burnt. Server forgot my son’s Shirley temple and I had to remind them so waited for that quite some time. One server (had two as one was training) seemed very indifferent and not very personable. Overall decent experience but was expecting better.

We had a wonderful time there. The service was friendly and very efficient. Started with some appetizers of olives and deviled eggs. Then entrees of the turkey pastrami sandwich which was delicious on its pretzel bun and the southern fried chicken. Highly recommend the fried chicken! The outer crust is delicious and it cover very juicy pieces of chicken. Make sure to dip it in the hot honey sauce!

Loved the salmon and the nachos! Service is friendly and accommodating as always. Sat on the patio and was a great spot to catch a game.

The live music was too loud and unable to hold a conversation at our table. It was more of a midnight club atmosphere, serving Applebee’s food.

The live music was so incredibly loud that our group of 4 could not hear each other. The server was wonderful and the drinks were great. Food was just okay for the price. We also waited an hour for our food. Left very disappointed.
