You cannot find better service or more generous hospitality than Culina at The Four Seasons. The menu is varied, the quality of the food incredible and the experience second to none. The chef was above and beyond gracious to come to our table, introduce himself and check on us. Every staff member was friendly and sincere and the evening was absolute perfection.

The reservation host was delightful - so kind and welcoming. She greeted me by name when I arrived and thanked me by name when I left. The main server was likewise attentive and pleasant. The restaurant had a high chair waiting for my grandson as requested, and acknowledged that our meal was celebratory by offering free mimosas for the table (lovely gesture). Most of the food was wonderful and the variety impressive. The room is spacious and the background music low, allowing for easy conversation. Culina's Farmer's Market brunch is a special way to celebrate with friends and family.

Such a lovely establishment! It exudes a quiet, upscale ambiance that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our server was incredibly pleasant, adding to our positive experience. This marks our second visit, and we're already looking forward to returning again.

Friendly, professional, charming service from the receptionist and beyond. Delicious cocktails and food. Calm ambiance. We were there with friends we hadn’t seen for a while, so we sat and sat and talked and talked long after our meal was done. They never pressured us to keep ordering or to leave.

On the date of our dining, they had just started a new menu that was not on their website or on OpenTable. I have eaten at Culina before where in my past experience, it was bigger portions and slightly cheaper, giving you more bang for your buck. However, this time was different with their new menu. Plates were smaller and way more expensive. Service was still great however, one of the pasta dishes we ordered was completely wrong.

It was a Sunday evening, and we sat outside, so it was quiet and lacked a vibe. The service was good, I'm not sure there was an opportunity for it to be any better. The food was okay but not for the pricing.

Culina is one of my favorite restaurants in Beverly Hills! The pasta is outstanding, and adding a pizza is always a good idea. I booked a table to celebrate my wife on International Women's Day. It was spontaneous and I was afraid we couldn't get a good table. Culina completely took care of us! The service is at the "pampered" level. Thank you Culina!

This is by far the best service in LA. Always there, but not hovering. Super professional and also genuinely nice. Culina is the perfect setting for ALL occasions; an oat milk cappuccino and catching up on emails at the coffee bar, lunch meeting to impress (try the antioxidant salad - delicious), afternoon pizza outside by the waterfall or a romantic dinner. I suggest everyone stop by Culina. The world washes away when you walk in the door. Everyone needs to feel a little spoiled once in a while.

Always an excellent experience. The menu has new additions that made for a delightful lunch. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, anticipates our needs and offered suggestions. Our experience was great! The dining room is beautiful (we went for dinner). The room was dimly lit and warm and cozy. Service is what you would expect at a Four Seasons dining venue, friendly, attentive and unobtrusive! Everyone loved their meal. The pastas were perfectly prepared and the pizza bread was delicious as was the Caesar salad. Save room for the wide selection of desserts. The sorbets were a great refreshing way to end the meal.

Although it was NYE, our server asked if we were in a hurry- we said no- we ordered bottle of wine, they didn’t have it and he brought us something more expensive- didn’t allow us to choose a different one. Then Ignored us for 45 min while he took care of other tables- we sat down at 9:30 and at 11:40 pm had to ask for the desert and check so we wouldn’t miss the count down!! We made the countdown with 4 minutes to spare in their lounge!!

Culina appears to have a new chef and the food has become very bland. Not a fan of reducing the Sunday buffet from three rooms with a great variety of choices to much more limited choices in a single room. The Sunday buffet brunch is no longer the special experience it used to be. Ambience remains great and the service is still friendly and attentive.

Very disappointing experience. Went for Christmas dinner, did not get seated until 45 minutes after our reservation time. Our server was lovely but clearly overwhelmed so it took forever to get even something like menus or water. They also forgot to remove an allergen we requested from my mother’s entree so she had to swap her dish with mine, and then they forgot an item which we had to ask 3 different times for an update before we finally got an answer and the dish. At least it was taken off the bill. Finally, we were seated directly under heat lamps that we requested to get turned off which also took pretty much all of the meal to get done, and after a short reprieve they came back on and we had to spend another like 15 mins tracking someone down to help us. The one nice thing was it was dog-friendly.

SKIP the Christmas brunch. $250 for good not great food and surprisingly few options for the price. No alcohol is included and they send you a docusign contract in advance to try to get you to commit to an enormous tip. Was seated in a makeshift conference room and had to ask for the check multiple times. The price is ridiculous for any meal, but if I’m gonna pay it, the quality, service, and accommodation better be exemplary. None of this was.

Not only did we get sick after eating there on christmas day but the server deceitfully raked up our bill by not disclosing which drinks were included and which were not - like an $18 a cup latte. Been there from time to time but this place has sadly gone downhill and it’s disappointing. We used to enjoy Culina Sunday brunches but no more.

Too expensive for what you get! Also, they gave me a hard time for my booth reservation , even so I made it weeks in advance! They told me -they have 700 bookings and everyone pays $250…. Wow! That’s the value of a client on Christmas! Considering, that I have been making reservations for Christmas luncheons since 2014! And on top of it - our close friend David Horovitz gave this hotel/restaurant a huge business with his political luncheons over decade!!! Anyhow , this is my last Christmas luncheon at this restaurant/hotel!

Our experience from start to finish was excellent. The holiday decorations are beautiful throughout. All the staff was very friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our meals. We had the little bib caesar, funghi and margarita pizza and funghi risotto. All delicious! They brought me a beautiful slice of chocolate cake for my birthday. To top it off, their to-go containers are compostable!! To me that shows a caring that has to be reflected in so many ways we probably never even see.

On a business trip and needed to unwind. Had increíble service from Christophe. Not only did he serve me in the friendliest of ways but also provided great recommendations on my food selection. Christophe made it a worthwhile experience for me. Would hands down return to Culina. If you are in town, request Christophe.
