Pour le chef exécutif et propriétaire Francesco Basile, une bonne cuisine se compose de saveurs authentiques, d'ingrédients frais et de simplicité. Le genre de plats qu'il mangeait dans son enfance sur le littoral de la Sicile et qu'il a appris à cuisinier dans son école culinaire en Italie.

I have vivid memories of my grandmother turning plain bread into amazing desserts, simple apples into incredible fritters sprinkled with a little sugar and honey, and even treating my sunburns with olive oil.
