Le Dal Rae est un restaurant de la Californie du Sud où les classiques des années 1950 règnent encore. Il propose plus de 100 choix de menu rétro, dont plusieurs sont préparés près de votre table, comme le homard Thermidor, le steak au poivre, le chateaubriand, la côte de bœuf, le poisson frais, le carré d'agneau et le steak diane avec cerises jubilé.
