Le Rosine's Mediterranean Grill est un petit restaurant méditerranéen, à la gestion familiale, qui propose l'assortiment complet des plats méditerranéens et du Moyen-Orient, concoctés chaque jour par la cheffe et propriétaire Rosine Najarian. Les vins du Moyen-Orient sont particulièrement mis en évidence avec 40 étiquettes millésimées du Château Musar et 40 vins au verre, dont certains rares et millésimés. Le restaurant sert un menu complet avec plusieurs plats de poulets rôtis, fraîchement préparés.
Byblos Café, originally a Mediterranean market, has been a staple in the orange circle since the 50’s. It was sold to Adel and Zalfa Mahshi in 1989. The family run business became a favorite in the town for Lebanese cuisine. Many locals loyally frequented the spot for their famous Turkish coffee. In 2022, Daily Dose Hospitality, the crew that also runs Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, purchased the business from the family. While Adel and Zalfa had the opportunity to retire, their son, Tim, joined the team alongside Pedram Yazarlou as operating partners. They have transitioned the cuisine to a Mediterranean fusion style with influences from Greece, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, & Jordan.
We longed for a community built around a table with good food, but Anaheim lacked authentic and fresh Mediterranean cuisine. We took it on ourselves to create the space and food we craved. Together with friends and family, we hand-built a restaurant that felt Mediterranean in every way, from the murals of the Aleppo Citadel to the menu filled with warm spices and colorful vegetables. Our menu is still built on the original recipes and techniques passed down by our grandparents. We only use high-quality and fresh ingredients, because we want to represent our cuisine well.
