Ouvert au printemps 2004, l'Embers est un steakhouse américain contemporain à la touche classique. Il propose une grande sélection de sushis et de fruits de mer dans une ambiance chaleureuse et agréable.
Comme son nom l'indique, l'Embers évoque la chaleur et le confort d'un feu incandescent, qui est matérialisé par les torches murales et les lanternes à gaz en extérieur, en passant par les bougies à l'intérieur.
