Géré par les chefs Walter Manzke et Margarita Manzke, le restaurant Republique vous accueille en plein cœur de Los Angeles, dans un bâtiment classique construit en 1929 et habité par Charlie Chaplin. Ces locaux ont été ensuite occupés par les emblématiques boulangerie La Brea et restaurant Campanile. Le Republique est fondé sur ce passé glorieux, offrant un environnement gastronomique empreint d'histoire et de grandeur. Un bar décontracté et un bistrot se trouvent à l'avant du restaurant. Une salle à manger plus formelle est située à l'arrière. Vous pourrez y déguster un menu d'inspiration française créé quotidiennement par les chefs.
Deux portes en bois simples s'ouvrent sur une cour romantique où les clients s'amusent au bar et se détendent confortablement assis sur les chaises extérieures. A l'intérieur, les places sont réparties autour du chandelier de cette ancienne maison, ce qui donne une atmosphère intime à ce lieu.
