We tailor our approach to align with local preferences. Our executive chef and front leader have dedicated over two decades to serving this community. In August 2022, The Backyard found its home here. In November 2023, we introduced lalc Restaurant & Bar (The Backyard) to reflect our Los Angeles origins and local approaches. We select ingredients that are organic, all-natural, and non-GMO, no added hormones, and no antibiotics. We source locally, opting to fresh and house made options. We utilize as few ingredients as possible.
