Great idea by us to dine here, as we had not done that before. We were seated fairly quickly, in a table back in a corner, quiet, quaint… I thought. However, the bar was right next to us, with a large, very loud group partaking. Made it impossible to have a conversation with my wife. The server and her assistant, were prompt to greet us. The assistant, was quite pretentious, and his manner engaging with us. I don’t need a false or a fake engagement from someone. Just be a human being. The service, was good. The highlight of the meal, was the meal., My wife had the scallops, I had the rock pork chop. Both were prepared excellent. The flavor, the seasoning, all aspects of it were very good. We did start the meal off with a really nice Caesar salad, that we shared. That was quite good.

We come from Kenai every 2-3 years to "splurge" at the Crow's Nest. It is THE best restaurant in the state. We had a late-arriving guest, and the waitress was very patient and stretched out our orders so we could dine together. About the only criticism was the charcuterie plate, a bit small in comparison to other places where we have dined. We come for the view, the service, the ambience and the superb menu.

All the appetizers were amazing. Everyone enjoyed the entrees. The only complaint, the poor quality of the romaine lettuce used for the salad. It was probably better not to offer the items. Tasha was awesome, extra fun!

The dinner and service was very good. At the end got the bill. All the times I have been there never before seen the service charge on the bill before.

We were seated quickly upon arrival. But we were placed at a table shoved in a corner with my chair facing a wall and my back to most of the view. This restaurant is known for its view at the top of the tower, which is the primary reason people go there, so facing a wall was not welcomed. When I moved my chair to another side of the 2-chair table, I was informed I could not do that because it would interfere with the (empty) table behind me. This was our anniversary night and first time at this restaurant so no way was I going to stare at a wall. We did settle on an acceptable angle and the rest of the night went smooth. For a fine restaurant, however, this issue was not acceptable. I do wish restaurants would pay attention when we put the occasion in the memo section. “Anniversary” should have gotten us a better table. The 2-person table behind me was better, and it was never occupied our entire visit.

It was a great birthday celebration and we were seated on time. Our food and drinks were served on time by Tasha who was a great friendly server. Our food was delicious and served as one would expect from a fine dining restaurant like this. While our bill for dinner for two with a generous tip came to $440. It was worth it for a special occasion like this.

As always, everything was amazing. The ribeyes were cooked to perfection and the cocktails were outstanding. We celebrated my husbands birthday and had the pastry chef make a birthday cake for him. It was delicious. The service was flawless- attentive to our every need. The Crow’s Nest never disappoints.

Another wonderful experience at the Crow’s Nest celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. A beautiful view, delicious food and fantastic service. Our server, Chelsea, was especially helpful answering questions about the current menu and wine steward inquiry. Service was on point and not rushed. At the end of the meal, you are left with the feeling special attention was given to have the perfect evening! If you have a special occasion, this is the place to enjoy it!

I came here with my family for a nice meal while traveling. We picked it because it has beautiful views of the mountains and the Crow’s Nest did not disappoint. The panoramas were breathtaking! From the wine to the entrees. I will admit I wasn’t crazy about the desserts we ordered. It seemed like the chef was trying too hard, but I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

It was great. The whole experience at Crow’s Nest is always wonderful, the food is always amazing and the service is incredible. Our food last night was to die for and our waitress was friendly and relatable and always one step ahead- she always seemed to know what we needed before we did.

Great evening in a beautiful setting! We asked to be seated where we could see the sunset…and were given the perfect table! Our server, Chelsey was great! She was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, personable and delightful! The food was awesome! Oysters, soup, steak, and dessert were all perfectly prepared and delicious! A wonderful dining experience!

Crows nest is still a classic dining experience. Ryan and the chef did special service for our son's birthday. It was great. Made it fun. The view is always magnificent. It's our favorite for finer dining. Slow paced. Give you time.

The food was good, but not nearly worth the price. My wife and I don't drink alcohol, so we didn't take any of the suggested wine pairings, but it wasn't clear if the wine was still included in our bill. If we paid for the wine anyway, it would explain why the price was so expensive. I suspect we may have had a better experience if we went there on any other night. But for Valentines night, I can't recommend Crow's Nest, especially if you don't drink alcohol.

We celebrated a birthday there. The food was terrific. We highly recommend the ribeye (tender and juicy and cooked perfectly med-rare), and the scallops (also cooked perfectly and were soft and sweet). Bananas Foster for dessert was fun to watch being made and was delicious. Our server made the whole experience over the top. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and delightful to talk to. I just wish we could remember her name. She definitely deserves kudos.

We don’t often venture downtown, but the Crow’s nest is a new favorite! It is quite a bit busier in the summer with tourists, but any other time it is beautifully quiet, elegant and delicious. Service is top notch and Chelsea is delightful!
