Chinese Lunar New Year is a busy night, but we had an early reservation. Waited at the host stand but found our table, kindly marked with my name so we seated ourselves. It took a while to have a server take our order, and we asked for 2 appetizers first. Over 45 minutes passed without food, then the 6 entrees and sides started to arrive, and one appetizer was sent after most entrees were eaten. Service overall was lacking any welcome or attentiveness, and the food was fine but should be delicious. One guest thought orange chicken was the best we shared. We won't be going back, and we lost out on an enjoyable, memorable evening that can't be redone.

Four of us were seated promptly. Service was excellent. Food portions were generous and the food was delicious. Only negative was the metered parking until 8 pm!

We just moved to RWC and found this great little place on Broadway. Clearly family run, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Great prices, too. We will definitely come back again.

Love Crouching Tiger ! However, the restaurant ambiance has changed so much . The food is wonderful! The service is great ! However, this once beautiful restaurant looks so different now after the pandemic. I hope they can come back.

Neighborhood chinese restaurant, service and food were good. Would definitely return as its difficult to find good American chinese food in the bay area. Prices were reasonable as well.

We ordered General Zao’s chicken, Mongolian Beef and scallion pancakes. The chicken seemed premade as it came out several minutes after we ordered and before the scallion pancakes. Chicken was average, as was the Mongolian beef. Scallion pancakes were excellent though and the portion sizes are huge. Service was good, the ambiance average.

Always a go to for last minute food craving. Wor Won Ton Soup, Chinese broccoli and Chow Fun with shrimp cannot be beat !

A tradition of eating here on Christmas Eve. The restaurant did a great job of limiting seating Many more people were coming in for take out than were actually eating inside. Food was fine. Service was ok, we purchased extra food to have leftovers at home the next day. We felt safe given that there were very few people in the restaurant!

Four of us went for an after work casual dinner. The food was great and VERY reasonably priced. We got 4 dishes (3 meat and 1 veggie). The total bill was $55 with tax! Service was friendly and helpful. We're coming back for sure!

So great that Crouching Tiger is open on Christmas Day. It was super busy but we had a wonderful time and the food was excellent. Our thanks go to the chefs and waiters and everyone who spent their Christmas Day working and serving so many.

Used to be My Favorite WEST of New York... Consistently GREAT Flavors for EACH Dish. The last THREE times we have gone for Dinner we found the SAME problem as MOST other Chinese restaurants: EVERYTHING tastes the SAME! We have NOW given-up on a place we used to frequent every other week!

We have gone to this restaurant many times in the past and have found the service to be excellent. Since one of our party is allergic to garlic we would ask that that be removed from the dish, they have no problems in doing so.

This used to be my go to Chinese food restaurant until about a year ago when they Musta change kitchen staff and the product which was uniquely the best west of New York has now become ordinary! I have been dissatisfied the last four times I’ve been there because of the drop in quality so I will no longer be recommending Crouching Tiger to all of my friends... SAD!

The restaurant has done a good job of updating the decor. The meat entrees were very good, but the combination chow fun was a lacking on meat, seafood and flavor. Still one of my favorite Chinese restaurants.
