Step back in time as you step through the door into our beautiful, dining room where New Orleans’ original sizzling steaks have been served since the doors opened in 1934. We offer prime, dry-aged beef that is cut in-house and cooked to your desire as well as seafood options. Our commitment to quality does not end in the kitchen. Our extensive wine list consists of over 130 bottles from around the world. Our bar offers a wide array of quality liquors and liqueurs. Crescent City Steaks has been owned and operated by the Vojkovich family since Mr. John first opened the doors over 89 years ago, and his spirit lives on through the essence of family that transcends everything we do. This is my second time and I truly enjoyed everything. The Service Outstanding, the only thing is they should give a bigger glass for WATER and they should actually offer bread and butter to their patrons.

The steaks were great! The server was overwhelmed- a very large group came in after us. The curtained booth helped with the noise level. Overall I would recommend.

What can I say…. Crescent City steakhouse is a must try. The steaks here are well seasoned, grilled to perfection, & melt in your mouth!!!! I usually get the porterhouse for two and split with my lady (highly recommend the porterhouse), but she didn’t want to share this time. So I got me a T-bone. They offer a nice variety of sides. Been here a few times, and had different waiters, service has always been top-tier. And to top it off incredibly well priced. Ps. Don’t forget to try the Z pie

I have been eating at Crescent City Steak house for more than 25 years. I have never had a bad meal there. This is an old time steakhouse that has been in existence since 1934. The food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I recommend the Brabant potatoes and their Bordelaise sauce! For dessert the Z pie is a must! Enjoy!

I was surprised at how flavorful my steak was, and how perfectly cooked it was! And the prices were very reasonable. It felt like being in a friend’s house (who could grill a great piece of meat!) We had a great bottle of wine at a good price too! I will be back.

Our server Ty (female) was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she provide excellent service she has simply one of the most delightful personalities - a true ambassador of the restaurant and our city. Our food was cooked perfectly, you can’t beat the value and we love the post Jazzfest vibe. Overall, always one of our favorite dining experiences. Thanks to Ty for letting us know about the upstairs room for parties!

If you go to Crescent City Steakhouse, make sure to ask for Tay as your server (she is awesome). The food was great and the atmosphere was fun.

Owner was very friendly. Waitress did an awesome job. Food served timely even though the restaurant was packed. Enjoyed our anniversary there and Crescent will be our new go to steak house🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩❤️

I was expecting an acknowledgment for us celebrating 35th wedding anniversary especially since I made them aware when making the reservation but nothing, only sat us at the table, it would have made a better lasting impression if there were balloons and/or confetti anything to show acknowledgment.

Visiting NOLA. This place was recommended and it didn't disappoint! Service was nice, fun atmosphere... at least 3 bdays + mine. Food was tasty and so were the drinks!

Best steaks in New Orleans. T bone, onion rings to start, German fries, spinach au gratin, sautéed mushrooms. Dessert is either cheesecake or Z Pie. Always outstanding.

the experience was excellent! To, our waitress, is the best waitress in the place we believe, and always ask for her. The food was excellent. Can’t say anything more than that. We love this place and we come here often.

Our group had a marvelous meal here. My friends and I been here many times, however this was the first time we ordered the Porterhouse cut. It was delicious. Our excellent was the one that suggested this cut and it was a great suggestion.

Had a wonderful evening and meal last night. Was seated in one of their booths with curtains - how fun! And our server Amy Myers was amazing! The best service we remember receiving in several years. She made the night extra special. Thanks!
