Very slow service and ok (luke warm) food. Honestly not sure I would go back given other options in the area.

I stopped in at the Woodbury Crave restaurant for a quick lunch. The server was efficient and personable. I ordered the salad with watermelon and feta cheese. I skipped the protein and didn't miss it. The manager stopped at my booth and said hello. She is always very nice, and I enjoy seeing her.

We ent in for dinner on Mother’s Day and they were out of supplies for 3 of the 4 drinks we ordered. They also cut the menu way down supposed due to brunch but it was 6pm. Way overpriced for what you got.

Have never had a bad experience at this location until now. The egg bake was dry and bland. The prime rib was cold and the carver did not know how to carve. There were only 2 sushi options - veggie roll and California roll. We have been to several brunch buffets pre-COVID and they were great. Not sure if that is still impacting things.

Went here with my mother and two siblings for Mother’s Day brunch. The brunch buffet was much better than other buffets that I’ve been too. There was plenty of staff restocking the buffet and putting fresh food out! The best part was our server, Storm. They were SO sweet and friendly. I’d say they really made the experience a memorable one ☺️

The kids California roll was too small and we were told it didn’t come with a side. We bought our daughter a second entree and it took a long time to come.

Great spot for Happy Hour. Huge menu choices. Good list of food items for HH. Great iced tea. Great service!

Sushi rolls were excellent Steak medallions were cooked beyond ordered medium; mashed potatoes were dry and didn’t appear and taste fresh; carrots were way under cooked and in edible

We had a great experience at Crave. Our group was celebrating a graduation and the staff at Crave made it a special evening for us. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, but the wait staff pulled it all together. Great job!!

Great service provided by Nick A. Great Happy Hour menu. Will be back again and again. The iced tea is the best and Nick kept them coming.

We love coming to crave but this time all of our meals were very blah and disappointing. Our server was so swamped we felt bad for her/

I ordered the Alaska Roll. Flavor wise it was fine. I was dissapointed however when on my plate was only 6 slices of sushi placed around my plate and a flower in the middle. It was not what I was expecting. One of my children ordered from the kids menu the California roll. She received on her tiny plate the 6-ish small slices of the roll, and that was it for her whole meal. My other two children ordered the kids mac and cheese and buttered noodles. Each received a huge plate of fries and a huge bowl of noodles. This was nothing to write home about either, and the portions were just so off. It was just overall for the price a bit disappointing. Our service however was spectacular. Great waitstaff, great atmosphere, and wonderful service.

The service was amazing and the food great. The server was attentive and friendly. We were celebrating my girlfriends birthday and the birthday dessert was great along with the sparkler. Will visit again. Thanks for the great evening.

We had a reservation at 6:30 & we were seated immediately. Our server Eric was excellent. he was so polite and very knowledgeable. We ordered drinks while scanning the menu items. Eric checked on us for any questions we might have had. He made us feel quite welcomed, like family. The restaurant was very busy, which was nice to see, and still, our dinners arrived sooner than expected. I was very surprised. Our food was well presented, hot and absolutely delicious! we thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Crave-Woodbury. Great job everyone!

The food was very good. They have a nice selection of gluten free items. The service was really good. The noise level is always a little high. I do feel like I have to talk pretty loud to be heard.

I came to Crave in Woodbury to celebrate my 1yr with my girlfriend. Needless to say, we were not pleased. I got the mushroom and steak fettuccine and it was not good… she got the flatbread and I will say, it was good, made the whole trip kinda worth it. The server was short with us and didn’t care for us as there was another table with well dressed attire, I assume he was chasing the tip. Overall, I will never ever go back to this Crave and would not recommend.

Not quite up to Crave standards last night. We love crave but last night, we asked several times for more water, and didn’t get it until we were almost leaving. My order was incorrect. Fries instead of mashed but they did bring out some mashed later.

One of our part of 3 was served almost 10 minutes ahead of the other two. They were almost done eating before our entrees were served.

I was told over the phone that Restaurant week was cancelled. "We ran out of food". We learned that only the desserts were limited. It became no problem, whatsoever, for us. Once resolved, it was pleasant to be there. One friend chose to order off the menu. Give the bottom window ledge a cleaning before people sit in the booth.

Had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation to be seated. Table next to us was very loud and obnoxious. Service was slow, but our waiter did his best and was excellent (and is the only reason why I didn’t give 0 stars) even thought restaurant was understaffed.

Food was not bad but they were extremely busy. I felt really bad for our server who had 15 tables assigned to him at once. We had to wait longer for order, bills etc. he tried his best though. The tables were also too close to each other . Maybe better plan the night with servers to guests ratio next time .
