Wanted to take my father out for a nice Father’s Day meal. Was so embarrassed as I picked the restaurant and had made reservations. Buffet was a few hot plates in the front. Booth was faded and smelled like an old dirty dish towel. Prices were atrocious, which I’m fine with if the experience lines up. But the food was awful. My father got the buffet- 44$. Prime rib was cold and tough and flavorless. Sides were cold. My mom got a chicken dish and potatoes were cold. I got Walleye. Was deep fried and burned and yes potatoes were cold. I told the waiter about the cold food and overcooked Walleye. He was flippant and apathetic. Brought back another Walleye still cooked to a crisp. Sauce over potatoes was watery and potatoes still only luke warm. Bill was 130 dollars and in no way was the experience up to this par. I have never written a restaurant review and worked as a waitress in the past so tend to give a lot of grace when considering my experience. But this was truly just a global let down of a dining experience.

Got one of the sushi platters- split by 3 people- and the chopped chicken salad. Both were delicious!

Noise level was loud. Energetic? Yes...but still loud making it difficult to hear others at the table. The service was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. That was great. However...pretty slow! And noticed by everyone. It was so slow that we all decided to not look at desserts out of fear it would take too long to get them. And we had seven customers in our group. We enjoy Crave. Just wish the service wasn't so slow.

Met some friends for Happy Hour. Menu was great! We split the avocado rolls, spicy salmon rolls, firecracker shrimp and fried Brussels Sprouts. All were delicious! Server was so attentive and helped us move indoors when it started to pour on us!

We ate an early lunch on the patio and had a great experience, from the hostess to the server to the staff member who raised the patio umbrellas for us. The sushi, brussel sprouts and chicken chopped salad were all excellent, consistent with our previous experiences here. Always a good choice when we’re in the Woodbury area.

Poor service. Slow and not attentive. Meals came out in segments. Wrong orders to wrong guests. Special occasion with no special attention or call out. Very disappointed in this location.

I was really underwhelmed by my experience. Our food was overpriced for what it was. I ordered Steak Medallions and was looking forward to a steakhouse type meal. I got some steak croquettes, which were okay, not great, and a bougie version of A-1 steak sauce. Mashed potatoes were okay, a little cold. Veggies were undercooked and okay. Not great. You also took the best item off your menu (keto poke bowl) and replaced it with a Mexican poke bowl. I’d expect that at Chili’s, not Crave.

Food is always tasty, service is pretty good, but they did not give me the correct change when I paid cash. That should have been double checked prior to bringing it to me. I’m also a little disappointed that they have seated us in the corner by the kitchen when I bring my daughter. I will make a special request not to sit there in the future.
