Have been to Craft many times and had great meals. This time it was truly disappointing- some dishes under seasoned and others so salty I sent back. Vegetables overcooked and soggy. Way overpriced for the quality.

We did the graduation experience and it was truly fantastic!! The staff was super lovely, accommodating and just above! My daughter loved her book, the delicious menu, the amazing cake and the kitchen tour! Thank you for making this day super special❣️

Very attentive service from all staff not just our waiter - which is a great touch . Main courses are of a generous size - I had the duck which was excellent and enough left to take home . Grilled octopus appetizer was well prepared and tasty . Gratin potatoes well prepared and creamy. Single criticism is that greens were very salty . Excellent wine list .

An amazing experience. This was on a restaurant bucket list for me and the staff was incredibly friendly. Was shocked when I was asked if I’d like to take a quick tour of the kitchen after my meal when I mentioned how excited I was to be there. I felt so special and it is definitely a memory I will share with others. Thank you Craft!

Es war ein toller Geburtstag Abend, das ganze Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben. Das Essen war sehr lecker und Atmosphäre toll, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es gab als kleine Vorspeise vorab die Garnelen und zum Hauptgang einmal das Hähnchen und den Schwarzer Seebarsch jemals mit Kartoffelpüree. Für den Geburtstag gab es noch eine Kugel Eis mit einer Kerze drauf.

The ambience and service were really good. The Short rib, Burrata salad and Mushroom risotto were very good… They listed prawns at 6 a piece we ordered 6 … 12 small prawns were brought out at the same price instead. Not a fan of substituting food when you’re expecting a certain thing .. like a big juicy prawn and instead little mini things come out without anyone telling you. Also wasn’t happy how they list steaks price per ounce and then you request a steak a certain size only to find that they offer one size. Ex The T bone they were offering was 42 Oz at 7 per Oz. We eat out in NYC often even for these times it seemed overpriced and as if you were being forced into their oversized options even the steak for one being offered was around $ 170 so we skipped the steaks. Cocktails were decent. Overall glad we eat here.. I think they need to adjust the menu to fit what they are serving.

Cesar was a great waiter. We loved the food, loved the service and loved the ambience. We are vegetarian and the food selection was great. The chocolate souffle was fantastic!

Great food drinks and service in an atmosphere that's refined but also welcoming and not stiffly formal. Particularly good if you're a vegetarian or love mushrooms like me.

Couldn't be any better! From the welcome to the guidance on the menu to the amazing food, Craft was delightful. Ask for Caesar and Santiago (and Isaac to seat you) - and then follow their thoughtful instruction on your order. This was a delightful evening - we had been here a year ago (we live in Florida) and we will be back sooner. Every trip from Sarasota to NYC will include a meal with Craft.

The meal was very flavorful, and the portions were large. The highlight of the meal was the fresh seafood and dessert. The waiters/waitresses were timely and efficient without hovering.

Our dining experience as it related to the food was wonderful… but… we got there early and they were sitting people almost on top of each other and it would have been nice to have been spread out a bit more since the place wasn’t full when we got there +/- 1 hour

If I could give 10 stars to the service, I would! The team at Craft took such nice care of us and really made our experience one to remember. We came to celebrate our friend's engagement and the team had the nicest touch to our meal. The food was incredible and we were so excited to try Tom Colicchio's restaurant after being big Top Chef fans. We can't thank you for a lovely night and will definitely be back for another occasion! Thank you so much.

It was great, food was fantastic, wines were excellent. Asking our friends, what was the biggest experience during our stay in New York (we are from Denmark) they both replied that it was the evening at Craft, celebrating my 50 birthday - and it was a great evenning. Christian

Although the tasting menu wasn’t available the staff helped us design a great alternative. This is third time I’ve been to Craft, and I can’t wait for the next time.

It was our first time dining here and we were not disappointed. Our waitstaff was top notch, and you could tell they've been trained to anticipate needs of its customers. I could see them constantly scanning the room to ensure they haven't missed anyone. It's not that I'm needy, but I like to observe how restaurants operate. The food was well executed as well.

Maybe we went on an off night but we waited far too long (well over an hour) for a main course only meal. The staff (when we arrived at least) were excellent and the food (when it arrived at last) was very very good but there was neither an apology nor an explanation offered for the length of wait. A real shame as had come highly recommended and ought to have been a success.

Craft is one of my favorite restaurants and the service is always impeccable. Caesar was spectacular as always. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star across the board is that for some reason the Crudo dish was really not good. Otherwise, the remaining dishes were absolutely spectacular as always. Will definitely be back again and appreciate the impeccable service and fun cocktails.
