The food was delicious and Deliah took great care of us. We enjoyed the beer flight and the variety of Moscow mule flavors. Since we made a reservation through OpenTable, we received a complimentary order of biscuits. It was our first time here and we’d come back again!

The manager was rude. My food took forever and when I got it my order was wrong. When I spoke to the manager about it he gave major attitude.

Ordered the flank steak. Not great. Wouldn’t order again due to it being flavorless. I’d return to try something else. Expected more flavor on steak and Brussels sprouts.

The service was extremely friendly, but there were extremely long waits for things. Unfortunately there's no way around the fact that the food is terrible. It's truly awful. Salmon was overcooked steak was underseasoned. The flavor profiles clashed pretty badly. It just wasn't good at all. And for the prices they charge, don't spend the money.

My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Copper Fox. Exceptional appetizers, excellent drinks, and great entrés in a casual atmosphere (we skipped dessert!) I highly recommend and I hope that we're able to visit again next time we're in Chicago.

I would avoid this place for dinner unless you have no other options. Happy hour was ok, decent prices and the biscuits amd avocado fries were a nice start. My order was messed up twice. First, the new bartender didn't know the difference between a Cab Sauv and a Sauv Blanc (I guess he was confused by the Sauv neing the same in bother per the server).... then I had asked for the burger with no white BBQ sauce. It came slathered with it and she walked away so fast and rarely came back.. that I decided to scrape it off (it was horseradish, my least favorite thing, so I ate around where it was concentrated). The burger itself was cooked to order, the salad was ok.. my friend had the steak sandwich (not seasoned, not even salt or pepper it seemed) and got the "special sauce" on the side, which tasted exactly like they poured A1 into the little cup. At least she got her sauce on the side. Went somewhere else after (Jake Melnick) and had much better service and food (that didn't get messed up).

This was a quiet, intimate dining space. Tom took care of us, and was both friendly and personable. Our food was good, and overall we enjoyed the meal.

Disappointing. Went here for Sunday brunch as the menu looked good. Ordered the "Fried Chicken & Waffles with honey butter, bourbon maple syrup" for $19. Was served chicken tenders and generic syrup. Won't bother returning.

Had to eat breakfast at 2pm because they don’t serve lunch until 3. Ended up ordering the “morning burger” (hamburger with an egg on it,) which was fine. Turkey sausage looked/tasted like it was a frozen then sat under a warmer all morning. Avocado fries were good and the chairs were comfy.

The food was great. Our waitress was awful. It took 20 minutes to just get water glasses brought to the table. She would avoid looking at us when we were trying to get her attention. Our salad was missing the dressing and she tried telling us it’s mixed in there when clearly it was not. My drink didn’t make it to the table until we got the check. They weren’t busy so I’m not sure why the waitress never checked on us. The food was good so it’s disappointing the service was horrendous.

The bartender and drinks were great, but the food was not. We ordered biscuits and they were rock hard instead of soft and fluffy. My wife also ordered the grilled turkey and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread. They served it to her on regular white bread instead, the cheese wasn't even melted because the turkey meat was cold. It was supposed to be a hot, grilled sandwich.

Food was excellent! Service on the dinning side was extremely slow, had to flag down a manager after 20 minutes to put in a drink order. Management was attentive once they realized there seems to be an issue with our server. Would go back, except maybe sit at the bar to ensure faster service

There aren't a lot of sit down restaurant options around Northwestern medical so we decided to give Copper Fox Gastropub a try. It wasn't very crowded so was a nice and quiet atmosphere (located within a hotel complex) and the service was excellent. The food was mixed - my friend has nachos, which were made with potato chips and she really liked them. She also had a burger, which she said was really good. I had a fried chicken breast sandwich and it was pounded to very thin so not much meat and expensive relatively given how small and tasteless it was for $19.00. The french fries were fine but nothing special. So, mixed bag re: food but great service, quiet.

They had one server for the whole place. Was overall not good at all. Food was not good either; we ended up leaving all the food and going to a different restaurant. Huge waste of money.

Service was terrible. Waited nearly 15 min for our first contact with a server. Another 30 minutes for 3 entres. Would not recommend this restaurant food was mediocre.

We were greeted and seated by Jasmine the hostess. She was very personable, we had a friendly banter about football. It started off great. Once we sat down we waited a while before the waitress came. She then took our order and we waited 40 min or more for drinks. At this point they told me that they didn’t have any ingredients for smoothies. I had ordered the Nutella coffee smoothie. We actually got our food before we got our drinks. 2 Pepsis and 2 spicy Bloody Marys and a smoothie. The waitress never came back to check on us. We had to go to the hostess to ask for our check and then again to pay it. We saw the waitress hiding behind the wall between the dining area and the kitchen the entire time. I had asked for cheese on my scrambled eggs didn’t have any but because of how slow it was I wasn’t going to bother sending it back and since the waitress never came back it wouldn’t have happened. Probably the worst dining experience ever especially for how expensive it was!

Service was slow and food not delivered correctly. The restaurant claims it doesn’t take cash but only tells you after the bill comes. The food wasn’t hot. The Shareables were tiny. Tables were served before us who were sat after us. The well done steak was made raw. I don’t recommend.

I think that they must have had an "off night" as the service was extremely slow but the servers were pleasant when they finally arrived. Food and beverages were "fine"

Lily was an excellent server. Other staff friendly and helpful too. Top notch cocktails and nice beer selection.

Undercooked burger, undercooked appetizer, took 2 hours to get through a meal. Server took 20 minutes to greet our table and get a drink order. Drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive. Finally got to order our meal after 45 minutes. Took 90 minutes from sitting to receive our food. Food was undercooked.

Good drinks, great burgers, not too loud (perfect for talking with friends). Good value for price paid, recommended!

Our visit was in the evening after the marathon. Our waitress, Tatiana was great. The food was on point. We Have dined here several times.

Terrible service. Lack of attention. Staff seemed irritated at all request. Waited 25 minutes for the bill
