Le Copley's est un restaurant primé servant une cuisine américaine infusée avec des saveurs tropicales et européennes. Copley’s never disappoints. Bianca was a terrific server. Food was tasty, well cooked. Great options for restaurant week. And good value, too.

We went for restaurant week. The service was good. But I have to say that the quality and taste of food was very disappointing. There are a lot of very good restaurants in PS and unfortunately besides the ambiance, Copleys is not one of them. Yes, the setting is beautiful and the wine list is extensive but if what is being served to you doesn’t match the expectations then it becomes subpar to a fine dining experience in particular given the price level.

We love dining at Copley’s. The food is always very good, the drinks are large, and the staff is attentive and always friendly. Copley’s has been our go to special occasion restaurant since we moved here several years ago

Food was great. There were oddities in their policies. Charged $20 for two meager baskets of rolls (not listed on the menu during a special dining week. I also asked if I could get a sample of their pineapple croutons and was told absolutely. I got one small crouton , which was great, but they charged $1.50 for the sample. After expressing my surprise at the add-on costs, they first said that was their policy. Eventually the took off the $21.50. Very strange behavior for such a high-end restaurant with matching prices. We won’t be back.

We enjoyed the restaurant week menu. I had the delicious beet salad and salmon. Dessert was crème brûlée. Husband had Caesar and seafood fettuccine. Service was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The service at Copley’s is So great!! Attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We love dining there!

We sat indoors due to the heat at 4:30. When we left at 8 the temp outside with fans and misters would be ok
