    The food was amazing the dancers were great and they did a great job getting everyone into people were ontop of chairs dancing it was a lot of fun. The service staff was great I was there with my pregnant wife and the staff constantly got her well done steak so she could enjoy the steak to. The sides were all fresh and tasted awsum. I have been going to copa for 15 years and love the new renovation. We had a great anniversary dinner as we have had many here before.

    Great value. Maybe table location but was often passed by those serving the meats. Some meats were never seen

    This place has gone downhill. My sides were cold. You no longer get much options for sides. The steak overall good. I asked my server for a cake as it was my BFs birthday she said they had no candles, but would bring me a cake. The cake never came. For a 250.00 dollar dinner I’d rather go to Brasa

    Food was delicious. The side and beverage server was not the most attentive. Forgot extra plates and took almost 15 minutes for us to pay. However the meat servers were awesome made sure we received everything we wanted. Overall I would recommend the place and would return.

    Absolutely brutal!! Food was ok but hard to come by as the service was non existent. Waitress Alexis took our sides order as soon as we arrived and then didn’t come back for another hour to see if we wanted another round of drinks. Watched that drink sit on the bar for about 15min getting flat and warm before she went to bring it over. Waited over 30min for her to bring us the bill and when she came back she didn’t even have it. Also noted that the meat was coming to all the surrounding tables but we sat with empty plates 75% of the time - one spurt of 5-6 different offerings and then ignored for the rest of the night. What a disappointment for a birthday dinner.

    We visit often but never had such a positive customer service experience as we did with Angelica. She is polite, friendly, energetic and such a vibe! Thank you for a great dinner.

    Service was very poor. We had to wait for our server to first return to our table before ordering sides and drinks. Return visits to our table by the server took very long. We asked for various items multiple times, such as bread, additional napkins, clean plates and drinks, and some were never received.

    We decided to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary at Copacabana in Niagara Falls. With three young kids, we were only able to attend on Sunday. I heard so many good things about this restaurant and was really excited to go! When we got there, the restaurant looked really nice and modern looking, but not really Brazilian by any means. However, what I was really excited to try was the meat and the sides. My wife and I looked over the menu prior to attending and were looking forward to trying the many options. Although, when we were brought to our table and asked what we would like to order, to my dismay 4 out of the 5 side dish options I chose were “not available”. I ended up having to get sweet potato fries which I can get at almost every other restaurant. I was excited to try the ones that I couldn’t get elsewhere. The meat was very good and I ate my fair share. However when we decided to move onto dessert, I was disappointed to find that there were only two options: fried banana and vanilla gelato. I was expecting to find more options, and a Brazilian specialty or two, but there were no such things. Overall, what was eaten was really good. But I was left disappointed at all the items that were offered on the menu that were not available.

    Had an absolutely wonderful time! Music was a little loud, but otherwise it was great.
