Very nice restaurant very impressed. Although the bathroom wasn’t very clean and there was only paper towels to use as toilet paper and just an overall kind of messy in the bathroom.

We went here for graduation dinner. It was such a pleasant experience! Our server was excellent and took care of us well. She was attentive and prompt. Food was especially delicious. Must try their surf and turf and crispy rice tuna.

We’ve been to Cooperhawk before and it was fine. We shouldn’t have gone Mother’s Day. It was so busy and they seem to be shortstaffed that it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

We had to wait almost half hour past our reservation to be seated Our server was attentive but our food was delayed for every course and lukewarm when we finally received it almost 2 hours later A very disappointing experience

The table was not ready at reservation time. The service was less than desirable. The bread came out overcooked and the waiter responded with "better burnt bread than no bread. By the time we got our entrees they were room temperature as if they had been sitting ant the Cooper's Hawk Chicken was sitting in a soupy substance. Disappointing experience and the noise level was absolutely overpowering

GREAT food and service. A little slow with getting dessert after we placed the order but it was especially busy being that it was Mother’s Day. Our reservation was at 3:30 PM and we were seated promptly. We had a nice surprise…a complimentary glass of wine which was VERY nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

As always, excellent service at Coopers Hawk. Sam (female) was our server this time and she did an excellent job. Food is very good at reasonable prices. Added nice touch was a free glass of champagne for mothers on Mother's Day.

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch. Everything was so organized and we were seated right at our reservation time which was great because my 87 year old mother can’t stand for long periods of time. Great food and great service

Everything was delicious, only feedback was one Caesar salad didn’t have much chicken or Parmesan cheese compared to another. Server was wonderful at her job but I don’t remember her name, she used to work for Disney.

Our reservation was at 7:30. We were not seated for an hour. Our food took an additional hour to come to our wait for food from the time her reservation. chaotic needs new management.

My husband and I had a reservation for the Saturday night before Mother's Day. The food was good, but the service was less than good. We waited 30 minutes before someone took our food and drink order. So, we are enjoying our wine, and to be fair, the waiter said the kitchen was backed up and would take longer to get our food. well.....1 hour 30 minutes later, our food finally came out of the kitchen! I will give Cooper's hawk one more visit. if service is bad next time like this, then we will drop our wine club membership. I actually said to my husband that if the food does not come by 9;00pm, which would have been 90 minutes from the time time of ordering, that I was going to leave. Hungry and tired people are not good customers.

Our experience here wasn’t great. We were initially sat directly in the sun, on a patio that only had 4 other occupied tables. All of the other tables were covered in dirty dishes (and most of them remained that way for the entirety of our meal). After a few moments, we did finally ask our server to clear a table out of the sun, as it was unbearable. She did, begrudgingly. It took forever for her to come back to our table for drink orders, and again for food orders. We sat with empty water glasses, empty wine glasses for way too long. I eventually just gave up on ordering another glass of wine. When our food did come, no napkins or silverware accompanied it. I had to ask the server when she eventually appeared (at least 5 minutes after food was delivered). She seemed annoyed, but brought forks and knives. Literally not even enough for the number of people at our table. So I asked for more, and napkins. She brought those back, however still 2 napkins shy. She laid them down and left before I could count them/ask for more. Finally, I got up to find her and request more napkins, and she AGAIN seemed so bothered by this simple request. The food was lackluster at best- one person at our table ordered the pork chop which was particularly sad, thin, and dry. We definitely will not be returning to Cooper’s Hawk any time soon.

Bad experience this time, long wait even with having a reservation, staff kept saying things like "we are cleaning off your table now", or "only a couple min" We waited for 40 min to be seated. Then, they have these cafeteria style booths along the back row meant for parties of two, with an extremely bright light shining in your eyes. So we politely decided to skip and go somewhere else.

Had 7 pm reservations and was seated at 705 which is outstanding considering how busy they were. Service was prompt and our waiter was knowledgeable of the menu selections. I ordered the Cooper’s Hawk Chicken Giardiniera. It was delicious. The only drawback to dining here is the high noise level.

We had a 7:30 reservation. Were seated at 8:05. Server came over at 8:15 ordered drinks, they were served at 8:45. We ordered dinner. They were out of everything we wanted. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I’m a wine member, and feel I should have had some sort of precedence over other people waiting.

Front staff was not very helpful aside from checking in. Arrived about 30 min early and was suggested 5 minutes wait before seating and we were sat 5 minutes before our original reservation. No suggestion of the bar or tasting bar during our wait. Service was very slow (there a total of 2.5 hours), and a nearby table spotted a large bug (dime sized) on the floor by their table. It was later stepped on by staff and no one seemed to notice. Steak was ordered medium and came out level or two over cooked. Similar service issues at other locations, probably won’t go again.

Great food. Wine and beer we tried weren't the best we ever had, but still good. The pretzel bread is delicious! We were out for a date night, the restaurant was very busy and thus very loud. We were seated in the middle of a busy area so it was hard to hear until the crowds thinned out. Our server was great. I would go back again.

I’ve been to Cooper’s hawk numerous times, we celebrate our anniversary there every year. But this experience made me feel like an inconvenience to our server. I’m 8 months pregnant and drink a lot of water and my glass was constantly empty. When she would finally come around she would ask if I wanted more even though our food hadn’t even come yet, of course I would like more but it seemed like she was hoping I’d say no. Our food took 45 plus minutes and we weren’t told until about 5 minutes before they brought the food out that it was taking a long time. Just overall very disappointed. We are wine of the month members and my husband asked for a sheet to write down the wines he’d like to pick up and she never brought one. Very inattentive
