Our server was scatterbrained. We sat for a very long time without even water. When our food arrived it was barely warm. Our server brought our wine but not glasses and it took another 10 Minutes to just get glasses. It just was not a good night

We had several issues with our service and long times to get drinks, apps and meals. However the management did aggressively help to take care of us after we brought it to their attention so I will give them their credit due. We haven't had a lot of issues previously so hopefully it was just a one-off.

Fantastic atmosphere sitting next to the wine barrels for dinner. Noise level was at a minimum. Table settings were spot on. Service was excellent as always. They know how to watch the table for any of your needs but never are intrusive. The food is awesome starting with warm bread and butter. Our steak medallions were cooked perfectly as med well. Very flavorful and moist. No A-1 sauce needed. My shrimp scampi was beautifully plated with large shrimp, angel hair pasta and tomatoes and the chicken maderia is to die for.

When I checked in for my reservation, there were three young girls at the counter. One said we’ll be with you in a minute. For the next 5-10 minutes I stood there while they read comments to each other from their phones and visited. I felt like this was not the par for this restaurant. Everything else was lovely.

We have been to Cooper’s Hawk many times and this was the worst experience yet. We were ghosted by our waiter. Our wine glasses were empty until we could find him to order. The wedge salad was not the same as usual. Dressing was thin, very little toppings. Our entrees were fine.

Our booth was ready as we requested. Our Server, Ryan was outstanding. He answered our questions about different menu items and was very professional and pleasant. The food was delicious and the ambience was very pleasant.
