Christian took very good care of us. We had two different meals, the pink, grapefruit martinis , a chocolate martini and a peanut butter and jelly old-fashioned everything was delicious

I thought I’d treat my wife to a nice lunch and made reservations for noon. First impression was that the front desk staff didn’t care about customers. At 11:50 we were told the wait staff had no arrived so we could not be seated. My wife’s chicken dish came hot and was delicious. My spaghetti dish was like warm. When I requested parmigiana cheese I was told they didn’t have any. The waitress obviously was not intellectually or emotionally engaged to ask the question why. When a manger stopped by she immediately found some for us. Explaining they were low on supply I shared the there are three groceries nearby that could solve that problem if anyone cared. My meal was comp’d. But that’s not what I was looking for. The spaghetti actually had good taste.

We had a reservation and were seated promptly. We are members of the wine club. We sat for a few minutes and were greeted by a couple of servers - they discussed who would take us, and once finally decided, we were greeted by our server. Overall the evening was ok. Not great, not good, just ok. Food was slow to arrive, we had appetizers and entrees. we had wine tastings as well as a couple of glasses of wine and then entrees. Food was ok - not great as has been in the past. Service however was terribly slow and unfortunately really detracted from the evening. This was the second unfortunate experience we have had at this location in about 3 months. We love the menu and concept and location and build out and understand there has been an entire training crew there working with the team. Unfortunately, there is still work to go.

Coopers Hawk is normally a great choice. It appeared they were short staffed this visit as there were many dirty tables the entire time we dined and our service was very slow.
