We have been to this Coopers Hawk several times. Our server wasn't very attentive this time. Not sure if they just had too many tables or what the situation was. Never even asked if we wanted more wine! We had to flag him down just to get water. Odd for this restaurant we generally have excellent service.

We sat outside on the patio and had a great meal. Our server, Amber, was exceptional. She was very attentive and pleasant. It was an all around great experience.

We truly enjoyed the seafood bisque, pretzel bread, and our 2 dinner entrees; chicken madiera and short rib. Our server was great - he offered a free tasting of the Bordeaux barrel reserve to start, and was attentive throughout. They were fully staffed and good teamwork was noticeable between employees for the busy holiday weekend crowd.

This was our first time at this Cooper’s Hawk location. As always, they were very busy. The restaurant is always very energized. Sometimes it can be difficult if you want to have a conversation due to the noise level. But that’s to be expected on a Friday night. Food was very good. Our server was very knowledgeable. But I do feel that there was so much going on that she didn’t have a chance to even ask us if we want another drink. Will be back. But might try to go on a different note on a Friday night.

The eggrolls were over cooked, dried out when we got them and the shrimp had a bad taste to it. I’ve never experienced this at this location.

Great variety of good food. For the calami and drunken shrimp - very delicious. Pork chops are a must try- they very tender and tasty.
