Professional servers elevate the dining experience, and Maria is definitely a pro. She was extremely friendly and attentive without being pushy. The host greeted us and immediately sat us while pointing out the barrel reserve. We decided to go with a few glasses of the barrel reserve, and we were not disappointed. The drunken shrimp appetizer was delicious. My husband enjoyed the pork chops, and I loved the soy ginger salmon. Being wine club members definitely added some great perks to a delightful night out.

Cooper's Hawk Orland Park is our favorite restaurant. Every visit, the staff go out of their way to make sure that we have a fantastic dining experience. We usually start with a sample or two in the tasting room. During this visit, we had the pleasure of Gina doing a tasting for us. She was very busy but made sure that our glass didn't run dry. Then we went into the bar and Jordan was our server. Jordan is always spot on! What else can I say? Then the manager, Brandon stopped by our table to esnure that everything was perfect! I ordered the Life Balance BBQ Chicken Salad and my husband ordered the Parmeson-Crusted Medallion's & Drunken Shrimp. Everything was fresh and cooked/prepared to perfection.

It was date night for husband and I. Every time we dine at Coopers Hawk it’s an enjoyable experience. The servers are courteous, the tasting section was fast and efficient. I love each time I come here always the best service.

I was very excited to have my birthday at Cooper’s Hawk this year. I am newly postpartum, and it was my first time really being away from my baby for a few hours when I got there, we were seated promptly, which was nice however we were placed under a table that was directly under an air vent. After waiting 10 minutes to get asked for drinks, by the manager and not our server, I asked to switch tables. No issues there. The issue after was that the manager continued to serve us our appetizers, and food (which was absolutely amazing no complaints) the server came back and we explained to her that we are aware bad nights happen, we just wanna enjoy the night. I wanted to get a bottle of wine to bring home, she explained to me that I should get it from the gift shop on the way out.. at the time I asked for boxes and a bill… well then we waited 25 mins for our bill, at that time I was not enjoying my night at all, I wanted to have a great birthday dinner and my server was just absent and overwhelmed, if you guys are short staffed, get staff… wtf? I left without getting the bottle of wine to rush to my baby…. It was not a great birthday. After calling they offered me an entree and really, I just wanted my birthday bottle of wine. Really still sad and upset a day later.

Loved their new promotion..wine o'clock. The flight of sangias was so fun! The beef sliders were awesome. A real summer vibe to this promo!

I arrived on time still had to wait a little bit to be seated. The waiter had eaten everything on the menu & everything was good . Why would he tell us anything different he works there ? The Caesar salad was bland … if you have tried any of the CS at Jewels you know that is a great salad. Had to ask for mire cheese to make it work. It was my husband’s bday , not a piece of cookie offered to him. The soy salmon I ordered with the Asian slaw was extra sweet … the Salomon had no seasoning. My husband ordered the beef short ribs, the sweet potatoes were hard font know what the rest of the crap was surrounding the BSR … Stop making the names sound as if the food is so mouth watering delicious it wasn’t at all … We will not return, also the complimentary wine in the barrel throw it away …
