My salad was lukewarm instead of cold. The soup was delicious. The wait for the food was extremely long. Expensive restaurant but the servers didn’t make it feel like an upscale place. I always think I’m going to like Cooper’s Hawk, but I’m always disappointed.

We went on Mother's Day and sat outside. There was a ten minute rain shower which caught everyone by surprise, including the staff. I'm sure this happened before but it seemed like the restaurant was totally unprepared. Our waitress and one other waitress were trying to get folks under umbrellas but several of us were getting wet. It was kind of ridiculous how poorly they handled it. It was Mother's Day after all. No hosts/hostesses came outside to help. It was as if they let the waitresses figure it out on their own. Was disappointing. Food was otherwise good and service was good nonetheless but the rain put a damper on the evening.

Great restaurant with wonderful ambiance, Mother's Day visit and to my wife and mine they handed out complementary champaign to all the mothers as the arrived. Great job and welcome. Our server Anna-Lee? was absolutely delightful and gave me some amazing wine pairing for my dinner. We typically go for just special occasions, however, this visit brought us back to joining the wine club and will absolutely return more often for the delicious food. Food and waiter were wonderful. The front desk lady with the single braided ponytail kinda ruined my Mothers Day. She was rude and I tried making small talk with her and she just want having it. I know it was busy and I had made reservations and was excited about my day. She shouldn't represent Coopers Hawk with her attitude nor her look.

Overall, a good experience. It was Mother's Day and extremely busy. It took a while to get the food, but it was excellent. We have dinned there several times and have always enjoyed the experience.

Lesson learned, will celebrate Mother’s Day the day or Sunday before next year. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and two of us finished it before our food came. Ordered a pasta dish with chicken which arrived with no chicken. By the time the dish arrived with chicken, my family had finished their meals… Normally, this does not happen…

We had lunch. The six of us had Chicken Picatta, Mushroom Pasta, Mahi Mahi sandwich, Hamburger, Short Rib Risotto & a Filet Mignon. The chicken picatta, in particular, was very good, very tender. Everyone was pleased with their orders. The service was great, but it took forever to get the check. This is the second location we've dined at, and I'd definitely recommend Cooper's Hawk.

The staff at the tasting room was the friendliest and most welcoming though she was new. At the restaurant, Bob, our server was very attentive and suggested a seasonal menu to try. As always, dine & wine at its best!

My husband ordered chicken giardiniere and the meat tasted like it had been reheated a couple of times. Very dried out and he didn’t complain but he did not enjoy it at all. The rest of our food was fine

Our server was amazing!! The food unfortunately was not. We waited over an hour to receive our food and when the food was finally served it was cold. The manager was happy to recook our order but we didn't want to wait. He happy discounted our bill. Due to the kindness of the staff and the manager discounting our bill we will give it another try some day. We understand that things happen.

Seven friends dined together at the Naperville location and had wonderful, friendly service by our waiter Nil. The food was brought out in a timely manner. All our meals were freshly prepared and delivered hot.

The experience was great and the hostess was accommodating to my needs. We were first sat a very big booth that made it very hard for me to hear my aunt. We requested to change booths and without hesitation the hostess was able to do it, which was very much appreciated. Our server was great and the food was delicious!

Despite the delicious food (I had the Life Balance salmon [I'm picky about salmon quality & it met my high standards] & my BFF had chopped salad & tortilla soup) and the very attentive service, the noise level made Coopers Hawk a difficult place for a long-delayed get-together. We could barely hear each other, even though we were sitting at adjacent corners of the table. But we appreciated not being pressured to hurry up & leave the table. We were also glad we'd brought extra layers, as the temperature was much chillier than the April outdoors, maybe 67°. So we won't be returning when we next get together, until it's warm enough outside to sit on the patio, where it's quieter.

Former wine club member, had not been back for several years. Noise level is at level where it’s difficult to hear wait staff. Felt like the wait staff was going through the motions when introducing the restaurant. I could barely hear her and she definitely didn’t hear me when I asked a question. Food, however, was the most disappointing. We had the calamari, short ribs, and blackened tuna. We decided not to order dessert after the entrees.

The drinks we ordered were outstanding, a Pear Drop and the PBJ Old Fashioned. We had an appetizer and split an entree which was the Parmesan Chicken and it was more than enough for 2 people. Good food and drink menu overall and really cool environment!
