I have been a fan for some time now. Love the Chef's recommendations and the wine pairing key on the menu. The new menu layout with the highlighted favorites is also a nice touch if you like a variety of dishes and have difficulty deciding. The food is always prepared well, and it is simply delicious.

I would like to recognize our waiter Reggie. This gentleman was without a doubt the best waiter I have ever experienced at a restaurant. And I do eat at many restaurants monthly. I could go on and on describing his attentiveness and service during our meal….but to keep it short, Reggie was superb. Cooper’s Hawk management this guy needs to be rewarded!

Service was 5/10 I asked for a wine menu twice and never got to the table, the waitress kept walking away before I finished my order, Steaks are small, you pay $40 for less than 6 OZ,only coming back for wine

Our server - Jeff, was Amazing he did a great job, the manager stopped by to update us on the expected meal arrival. We sat outside, the weather was great, little to no noise, overall just comfortable. The meal was delicious. Also the Mothers Day gift upon door entry was a welcomed surprise. Thank you.

I know it was Mother’s Day, a very busy day for restaurants. I guess my expectations for CH was extremely high, based on the service level I’ve received at their Waterford Location. The food took extremely (from appetizers to entrees) to get to our table.

Great food and friendly staff, but an extraordinarily slow kitchen. The atmosphere is lacking. Top shelf prices in a Panera setting. I would categorize it as higher end family style dining.

It took 2 hours from the time of the reservation before our meal was served. The bread took 90 minutes and gluten free bread was forgotten. That took over 100 minutes. The food, once it was served, was good. Or was it that we were so hungry??

Taking into account that today is Mother’s Day, and the restaurant was quite busy, our overall first experience at Cooper’s Hawk was very good. Although it took a long time for our entrees to be served, the manager came to our table and brought us complimentary soups, and everything else was good. I loved the wine I had with my meal.

I have been to this location several times and I was delighted again... food was delicious, our sever was great and even though ot was Mother's Day and busy I was not dissapointed.

Other than our server, I don’t think anything about the experience was note worthy. The wines are mediocre, it’s very noisy and I got a severe headache. The tuna was not fresh and we fell sick after eating it. The rest of the food was passable. Such an overrated place. Pass it and find some place worth your time and money.

My wife and I have dined at the Cooper’s Hawk chain a couple of times, and each prior experience has been amazing! This visit however, was not a great experience. To start off our evening, we had a reservation for 8 PM. We understand that even with a reservation, on a weekend night, that there may be a short wait, and the manager should keep the guests apprised of changes in the wait time when possible. After being told to expect a 5, maybe 10 minute wait, we decided to look around the shop and look over the different wine offerings. A little over 30 minutes later, we were called over and brought to our table. The atmosphere was not what we’ve ever experienced in one of the Cooper’s Hawk locations before. The restaurant was too loud, the ambiance was poor, and the food we received was not the greatest. Charles, our waiter, was great when he was able to stop on by with such a busy night, and we’re thankful for how he served us. However, we’re not the type to make a stink in a restaurant, so we just ate our meals, and went on our way. I would say if you’re looking for a good quality meal, it will be hit or miss with this location, and do not expect to have anything happen on time with a reservation. The noise level can be quite high, and management did not seem to want to set proper expectations when it came time. Just as a tip, not every customer will be mad or angry if you give them a realistic ballpark estimate of their expected wait…It lets us know if we have time to enjoy a tasting or flight, or if you think you’ll be ready to seat us quickly for our experience.

We had a party of 5. Two of us that had hamburgers were good. Burgers are always just good. One of us ordered the grouper. The piece of fish was just small for this type. Grouper, in my experience, is usually a big chunk of a serving. This one was small and thin. Two of our party had the beef medallions. One of the servings had raw potatoes. The alcohol and food service was on point. Our outdoor seating was much more conducive for communicating with your fellow diners than the loud indoor dining room. We visit Cooper’s Hawk a couple of times a year. We’re locals, we’ll be back. In trust these were one time issues.

Not as good as our usual experience here. There were a bunch of empty tables when we were sat and they put the 4 of us squeezed at a table between two large, loud tables and then 5 minutes later sat a party of 2 in a booth with more than enough room for the 4 of us. Food was good and our server was friendly and did a decent job of keeping our drinks full. The restaurant was LOUD! I could barely hear what my kids were saying and they were sitting right next to me. This experience won't keep us from coming back because of our previous experiences, but if the experience remains the same on subsequent visits, it would.

I charged my reservation last minute and it was very challenging for the restaurant team to accommodate my party of 8. They placed us outside in a very sunny day; my dad is 93 years old and when we explained it to them, Ashely look for Mr Peter, who came and he made the impossible to accommodate us inside the restaurant. Our server Shirley was amazing! Made our time there very enjoyable and the food was better than expected. I am now a customer for life to Cooper’s Hawk in Sand Lake, Orlando.

As a customer that frequents Coopers Hawk at least once a month, I typically have no complaints. Last night, 5/1, must’ve been a bad night for the restaurant. Also the first time I went with a party of 8 so that could’ve been an issue as well. Items were forgotten, bug in apple juice cup, waiter dropped bread on the way to the table and never came back to replace it, steak not cooked to preferences, and intolerances for cheese ignored. A manager did fix a salad that had already been delivered wrong twice and it was appreciated. At one point, I wanted to order another round of appetizers but refrained from doing so because it seemed like the staff was on fire and didn’t want to add more to their plate. That’s not how service should be. However, I do love the restaurant and the food and wine, I just will never take a large group out of fear of disappointing my party.
