Excellent food and service. Both of us enjoyed our entrees. The Seared Atlantic Salmon from the Life Balance menu is a favorite.

Our server was not attentive to our needs when we ordered or while we dined. It seemed he did a little more talking than he did listening. Ultimately, our food came out cold and incorrect even though we gave specific orders as to how we’d want our food. As frequent goers, this was a very disappointing experience. Fortunately, the manager was able to amend some of our issues for the night by getting our order made to go since it was past closing time.

I try to be merciful and bring grace when I visit Coopers’ Hawk through their many transitions. I have have great experiences there meeting up with friends and family but the horrible hostess stand has always been cold and inefficient. There’s typically a significant wait with a reservation. I don’t mind waiting but after rough greeting if any the experience already starts at a lower level to hopefully be brought up at the table. Yesterday, I met with an old co-coworker / special friend and was highly embarrassed to be a wine club member. The server was dry, unpleasant, and seemed annoyed that we hadn’t decided on an entree when asked. We remained pleasant and later around tip/check time proceeded to tell us “I wish you two would have come on a different day. My energy level is so low and I’m usual better than I am right now.” Although, I was ok with him being transparent and pleased that he knew he was not providing great service we still wished for a different server. The person that refilled our drinks and the staff member that brought our food out was very pleasant, down to earth, and professional so we were grateful for those moments. However, I will certainly be taking another break to visit more consistent dining experiences.

As long time wine club members we love celebrating special occasions at Coopers Hawk. This latest visit was for my birthday. This year was even more awesome than usual due in large part to our server Joel. His recommendations, service and fabulous personality made a great night even better. Thanks Joel and thank you Coopers Hawk for another wonderful experience.

Food and service was fantastic. The cost was a bit much and if you were downstairs the noise was extremely loud. The upstairs dining was nicer with less noise.

Brought a date here and it was absolutely delicious. They’re known for their wine so we ordered a bottle with dinner - it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend. Our server, Alexis, was also absolutely wonderful and very respectful. I would absolutely go back.
