For the first time ever, I had a terrible experience. First the wine tasting room was not busy anymore and our server took forever in between pours. It took us an hour and half to complete the tasting which made us 30 minutes last for our reservation. Then since the second we sat down at our table our waitress was extremely extremely rude. She looked and acted as if we were bothering her. Finally, by the 3rd time she came to the table and had been so rude when she walked away the party I was with said to me that she was being rude so in return the waitress came back and wanted to suddenly check our IDs after showing her my membership card. She had already walked away from the table. She was extremely disrespectful. She ran into me purposely while holding on to plates never once aplogized or said excuse. The manager brushed off her behavior by saying these things happen.

Always a great experience. Join the wine club. The benefits are great and they really treat you like a VIP. Highly recommend! Recommended entrees - Dana's Parmesan Chicken - Parmesan Crusted Mahi Mahi Try the sparkling almond wine and the rhubarb. Very unique!

Service and food good. Bar seating is limited and seating in the bar section is like sitting in a big room with no ambiance.

My sisters and I dined her for my eldest sister's birthday and service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their entrees, but my vegetables were undercooked that paired with the short ribs. But still an enjoyable experience.

We ate outside and it was delightful. The food was delicious, although a bit pricey. I don’t know whether our waitress had too many tables, but the service was just adequate.

am very sorry, not to be happy at all, we checked in 20 min earlier of reservation, promise to be sited shortly, and only lies receive, check again 20 min after my reservation and same we were the last ones "big" party to sit, around 1 hr later, thanks God food for the little ones where faster as we requested, but for us take so long. Sorry to listen always same excuses!

I had the worst experience here. All the waiters and waitresses told everyone how overbooked they were. Not only did we have to wait 30+ minutes past our reservation time, we were there for almost 2.5 hours with no entree. We ended up just paying for our appetizers and leaving without dinner on Mother’s Day. Our waiter asked us 3 times what we ordered for our entree like it was not put in yet. With a reservation at 6:30 and not being seated till 7, we walked out at 9pm still hungry. As a wine club member and the first time I was going to this location, I will not be coming back here. I am beyond disbelief.

Typically, a good place to go, not for Mother's Day. They overbooked. We had a reservation for 4 and were seated 25min after. It took another 10min before we had service. Our server was good, but she was slammed. Because they were busy, we ordered our dinner at the same time as our appetizers and drinks. After two hours we were told our dinner would still take some time. We asked to cancel the order. The appetizers we had were good. A very disappointing Mother's Day experience. Coopers Hawk should put quality service ahead of number of customers.

Usually a great restaurant and food but not on Mother’s Day. They way overbooked. Waited 25 min for reservation and food was taking over an hour to arrive at table. Many people had longer waits and orders that got mixed up. I understand it is a busy day but kitchen and wait staff can’t handle the numbers. Our waitress said they had reservations for 1,700 for the day. Crazy!! Will return but not on a holiday.

Kitchen seemed overwhelmed … had to send back entrees … new entrees arrived, but appeared to have missed the gluten allergy on the remake so family member ended up having severe discomfort all night as well as following day

Mother's Day and management seemed to have lost control of its restaurant. Staff was scurrying about like villagers trying to control flood waters, but without much success. It appeared they were short on servers, no bussers, and the kitchen near-hopelessly backed up. Our orders came out pieces-at-a-time, server did her best to offer apologies but our wait time for main course was over an hour! (reservations for a party of six at 4:15PM, seated at 4:30 (not bad for a busy day), appetizers arrived ~5 (still OK given the day) but then the wheels seemed to come off the bus ... dinner finally arrived ~6:15 (party of six - served 3, then 2 more, and finally the last meal (for the mom at the table!) followed about almost 10 min after the rest. Returned one meal (cold) and the others, at best, just OK. Passed on desert (go figure). When we left the "lobby" was jammed with diners waiting to be seated and overflow on sidewalk outside.

Our waiter was great! Friendly, efficient and didn’t hover. Very polite. Food as always was delicious. The complimentary glass of wine for mothers was a lovely touch!

We are pretty regular at Cooper’s hawk and my mom wanted that for Mother’s Day. Everything was good however, I will say the short rib risotto was missing some ingredients (I get this particular dish pretty often) so that was disappointing. Also, the floor was quite dirty in the main dining room. Lots of crumbs everywhere which, I understand Mother’s Day is super busy but it would be nice to see someone with a broom. Just a bit of a let down. The service was perfect as usual and appreciated everyone who worked that day especially the moms.

We enjoyed our food and our server was fantastic. My only complaint was the location of our table as we were very close to the bar despite having a reservation. Overall still a very good experience!

Ate there on Mother’s Day. Pleasantly surprised that we were seated on time. They had ample staff. Food was timely and very good. Our waiter John was awesome. Best Mother’s Day experience in a long time! Always one of our favorite places

Our sever(Daniel) was excellent. He made sure we had everything we needed and were familiar with the menu and wine selection It was busy there that day for Mothers Day, but they made sure we got a glass of champagne when we came into the Tasting Room Food was good as always!!

We had another great meal and fantastic service from Rosa. I tried one of the specials - Chicken Francese and it was delicious. My husband had the Pretzel Crusted Pork Chop, one of his favorites. We shared a Caesar salad and had a nice glass of bubbly with our salad. We had a glass of Temperanillo with dinner. We always enjoy the great service and the good food!

We are never disappointed with our meal or service at Cooper’s Hawk. The restaurant has customer friendly policies in all aspects of operation. We are wine club members for more than eight years and have been three-bottle members since that option was provided. An outstanding selection of wines is available at reasonable prices. We will continue to dine at Cooper’s Hawk about every two months and for most birthdays and anniversaries.

There were eight ladies in our party celebrating two birthdays. Meagan, our waitress, was attentive and got everyone's order correct without any confusion. Everyone enjoyed their meals and can't wait to come back. This was a first time for a few of the women.
