Very disappointed in the service. Dinner for 2 should not take 2+ hours, even on a Friday. We waited forever for our salads, which were finally brought out by a manager. He kindly comped the salads and apologized for the delay. When our entrees finally arrived, we still had our salad plates in front of us that had not been cleared. I had ordered the Life Balance Blackened Tuna, expressing I preferred the smaller portion with having a salad to start. The full, regular entree arrived which was too much to eat. Tuna is not something that is good for leftovers the next day. I did not complain or call it to anyones attention as we had been waiting a very long time for our entrees. I needed more water so finally asked a server other than our own. Our server never came to check on us once our entrees had been delivered. Why is there no additional staff to clear tables and pour water? When we decided that we did not want tom sit any longer for dessert and asked for the bill, we waited again. I would rather wait to be seated, than to be seated in an over crowded restaurant and get poor service. I am a CH member and prefer this location to dine, but will not be hurrying back anytime soon.

This is not my first time at this location, so I was surprised with the quality of the food this time. The Thai lettuce wraps for appetizers were tasty and well portioned. My friend ordered the tuna and was happy. I order the butternut squash gnocchi & was quite disappointed. It was a bowl of creamy liquid with a few specks of butternut squash. If I hadn't ordered grilled chicken with it, it would have just been a sad, salty gnocchi soup. They seemed to be a little short-staffed, but our server was excellent: friendly, kind and she ensured we were taken care of at our table.

The wine tasting staff was very kind and impressive. They staff was very knowledgeable with tasting notes and recommendations for any similar wines that were replaced for out of stock options. Moving into dinner our waitress was very polite, quick, and helpful with choosing from the menu. Pricing was very reasonable for a light dinner for two. Highly recommend!
