Great food, wine, and dessert. Service was slow…I think they are still working on increasing staff. There appeared to have been several staff members in training. The restaurant is VERY loud. We were seated at a booth on the side facing Golf Road. The black ledge between the window and booth was very unappealing. It was dirty with crumbs and dried food. It looked like it needed a good cleaning/dusting. It left me wondering … If this is how the the area is attended to that the guests see, what does the kitchen look like that the guests don’t see? By the dried food and thick dust, it looks to be neglected for a while. I did everything in my power to not take my napkin and clean the debris off the ledge. However, I would have had to interrupt two other parties eating in the other two booths.

This is the most amazing winery and Resturant experience! Welcoming and visually stunning, this establishment is relaxing yet so much more! Enjoying wine tastings is just the beginning. The food is absolutely amazing and the menu is diverse enough to please almost any craving. Suggestions for wine pairing are offered, but not essential to an amazing dining experience. I live in Las Vegas, NV and this place is my #1, above so many others, here and across the US! In my travels, I plan to visit Coopers Hawk In other states. Don’t forget, this location hosts events that are a step above! My personal experience here has had me coming back to enjoy, every time I’m in Chicago! It’s worth the drive! Even at rush hour!

Great server who was engaged, helpful and knowledgeable. Noise level compared to South Barrington or Deer Park was far better and way less noisy. We enjoyed several appetizers, a bottle of wine and got out in plenty of time to make our show, without any issues.

4 out of my 7 people were from out of town and they have never been to Cooper’s Hawk All of them walked away very happy with the food and the service.

Everything was wonderful till I went to the bathroom. It appeared to be in disarray. There were used towels on the floor and the counters appeared dirty
